I'm assuming those are mods. Searching around and it appears that someone has managed to rip the models from the game's files; there are some KOFXIV xnalara models being posted up that are direct from the game (and bout time too. Still waiting for a Terry model).
I have to say, if the models used for the mods are also direct copies from KOFXIV, they look even better in DOA 5 LR's lighting. Now I want to replace Jacky's model with Terry.

I just need to upgrade my PC more than anything else it looks like. Every single game I want on PS 4 or Xbox has wound up on PC any way.

Funnily enough 99 was the first actual KOF I physically played. I remember looking for Iori on the select screen and being bummed I couldn't find him lol. It was on an arcade machine at a Round Table in S. California. I forget the city, but it was not too far from a Regal Cinema. It had Metal Slug 5 and that one beat em up Cowboy game from Konam I I think too.
