There were a lot of American comics during WWII that directly featured Hitler as the villain. And of course there's Charlie's Chaplin's the Great Dictator, which I've heard Hitler himself watched. More currently there was the fuzz that North Korea threw over The Interview.

To be fair, our records of five thousand years are ago are pretty spotty as well. Though this does seem to imply that Cucumber's group are reasonably famous and their exploits well known.

I mean, Nautilus knows quite a bit about them, so records definitely exist somewhere.

I assume that means that whatever effect they're using to give him a deep, resonating "evil" voice (aka black speech bubbles) is a cheap kludge.
