In before someone else says it: Katamari Damacy.
There was also a semi-obscure Capcom game titled Under The Skin, in which you took control of an alien that could possess living beings to cause chaos (including Jill and Nemesis). Weirdness often ensues.

Long live Cinematech. FC:0259-0435-4987Oh yeah, can't forget Damacy.
What system is that for (and the other thing, for that matter)?
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....Eastern Mind Lost Souls of Tong-Nou is a pretty bizarre game, made by the same guy as LSD in fact.
There's also Germs Nerawareta Machi, which I've heard is pretty weird and LSD-like, though it's seems to actually have a story.

Mostly PS systems. There's games for 2, 3, and PSP iirc
Systems, guys, systems.
neo: Referring to Katamari?
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....Wuzzat.
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....How about Tomak Save the Earth for the PS 2, a game where you take care of a girl who's a head in a flower pot.

@Spain: Killer 7? Well...yeah, I just don't know how to describe it.
"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelIncredible Crisis for the PS 1 can be pretty weird.
And Killer7 is an action game for the PS 2 known for having a Mind Screw storyline.
added and added!
Thanks.
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....Guys, you forgot about Beautiful Katamari for 360.
And Killer7 was for Gamecube. We do not talk about the PS2 version. Ever.

Long live Cinematech. FC:0259-0435-4987I remember a proposed list of the ten weirdest games. #10 was the aforementioned Incredible Crisis, #1 was Stretch Panic, and Mister Mosquito was somewhere in between.
That's Feo . . . He's a disgusting, mysoginistic, paedophilic asshat who moonlights as a shitty writer—Something AwfulI can remember an article, I've read some years ago, about a Playstation game where you have to take care of a fish. With a human head. It looked pretty gross in my opinion. I've never played it, but I can't imagine it not being weird. If only because of the fish with human head.
Oh, we actually have a page about it.

People aren't as awful as the internet makes them out to be.^^Sounds like that Seaman game, but that was for the Dreamcast, I think.
^Ah.

"Hipsters: the most dangerous gang in the US." - Pacific MackerelOh, Seaman! Yeah, that was on the list, too!
As long as we're giving things we don't remember the names of, the one and only "Japanese coin-op" on the list was a game where you anally finger-raped people. This action was performed via use of a sort of giant foam finger attached to the console. Anyone got a name?

^I think I'll be giving "stuff no one would ever want to play" its own category if no one minds....
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....I haven't finished it but from what I've played of Planescape: Torment it was an incredibly weird, quirky and refreshing WRPG. Talking, floating skulls, rats that somehow cast lightning bolts and kick tonnes of ass and other stuff like that.
Nope, PC.

console?
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....There are, probably a reason for it, damn if I know what that'd be, though.
Do you happen to have any idea of where I could get ahold of Gaball Screen? Sounds interesting in a lolwut-inducing way.

I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....
I tried looking for a thread like this and couldn't find one.
I'm fond of weird shit (see, my recent thread on LSD Dream Emulator) and I was wondering what y'all thought some of the oddest video games out there are. Synonyms here include "bizarre", "weird" etc. Use whatever your definition of weird is. Games need neither be obscure nor well known.
In addition to that dream replicator, I'd also put Yume Nikki and a game I believe is called Revenge Of The Sunfish on that list.
The list can be found here
