Can I make another hero, unregistered, who is rather... militant in his disapproval of the Registration? I'm thinkin' powers with deadly capabilities, but he avoids using these on people. He IS still a hero, after all.

@Rena: wilkommen, kleine Bruder! Let's see...I don't believe we have a flame-themed hero yet, so feel free to roll one up. Keep in mind, though, that you're going to be in a setting that focuses on non-lethal takedowns. Also, you're going to be responsible for collateral damage, so, uh, no overly Dresden-esque fireslinging.
