I'm afraid you may be late on that.
Apperently its not likely to be released till the afternoon, so I may not be able to play it until tonight, thanks to work.
Taking a break from FE1, for the FE8 draft insteadActually, that one's different from the one I've seen.

Great... i'll end up playing it and LA Noire at the same time, I bet.

Wow, this looks awesome, I really want to try it out. Kinda worried about the Steam thing though, I haven't done ANYTHING with Steam and I'm using my Mom's 'backup' laptop and I can't afford to break it!
How easy is it to uninstall the Steam client? Is it gonna be running every time I turn the comp on or just if I turn the client on?
When all else fails, hit it with a shovel!Damn you other timezones etc.
Edit:
Well there seems to be contention on the Terarria forums but most are plumping for it to be released on steam at 8pm GMT.

Wooh, installed and built a little hut.
I'm not gonna lie my spawn isn't great, near a desert and dodgy mini caves that go nowhere.
On the plus side the guide fell down one and looks stuck :D
I'd like to know: the game still hilariously Nintendo Hard with the frequent spawns? While they might have needed to be turned down a little, I looked forward to the hordes chasing me around.

. . . Now I'm wondering if it'll run well on my VM.
Sakamoto demands an explanation for this shit.ARGH, LACK OF SPENDING MONEY
MY ONE TRUE WEAKNESS
@Goggle: I wouldn't be surprised if it did. It only needs like, 256 mb of RAM, so...
Arggh my map, where are the resources above copper.
I've got nice clay pots everywhere, even a bed (spawn point setter) but like 2 iron bars.
I may need to try digging straight down as, I haven't found a single proper cave as of yet.
By the powers invested in me by tabloid-reading imbeciles, I pronounce you guilty of paedophilia! What does this have to do with Metroidvania? I do not see large area exploration to advance the plot.
A guy called dvorak is tired. Tired of humanity not wanting to change to improve itself. Quite the sad tale.@del diablo: Well, no, there isn't any plot. There are definite benefits to exploration, though, in better and more interesting items, and many of those benefits in turn make places easier (or possible) to explore.
