@Sphinxyness: Not to hijack Tro or anything, but I have an alternative suggestion: perhaps you could send the party girls in Sophie and Samantha's direction once they're done with Seon?
I think they'd get along well enough and there's plenty of room for hilarity. Plus, getting them to meet would be pretty simple at this point (right now my characters are about to take a bus back to the Visitor's district; perhaps your characters could do something similar).
Also, may be slow in posting; my computer situation is sort of odd right now. I will hopefully get a post in at least one of the two threads before the end of the day, though.

Speaking for my part, I feel like Seon may be just about done with the Party Ninjas himself. All it's really producing is comedy, and while there's nothing wrong with that I do sort of want to progress his actual plotline sometime somehow.

So I'd rather like to join the thread. What do I need to know, and how best should I introduce my character (Half-Afrikaner, half-Zulu nerd girl with no special powers)?

While I don't know enough to give an overview of current events, there isn't really a specific need to have your character appear right at Visitor's District, unless that fits your characters.

I was planning on giving my thoughts on everyone's characters once Capital was finished and locked. But since you asked, I'll be more than happy to oblige:
Frankly, I actually really like these two. A couple of teenagers growing up in the 70's, who inexplicably have gained spell casting abilities and familiars. Something about that tells me that it would be a very interesting story. It's actually made even more relevant when you remember the strength that the Hippie movement had around the time, and how in character it is for those types of Hippies to actually know magic (okay, I don't know if Rani and Foster are exactly those kind of Hippies, but you get my point).
Unfortunately, it's not looking likely that I'll get the chance to post tonight (restricted to my phone for internet access right now, and typing on this is a pain).
Hopefully I'll get something up tomorrow.

Gonna give a speech in a few hours that I only finalized a few hours ago. Call it the opening kickoff to one week of collegiate hell (and I'm still a month away from finals!)
Wish me luck. Hopefully by this time next week, I'll be joining/have joined Resort. Or I'll be on a cruise. That's just wishful thinking though.

After consideration, I think I'm burned out with Tsuki for the moment. I'm going to drop from the CDTs at this time, as I'm deep into other projects and have nothing at the moment to gain from using other characters.
Put another way, I don't need to develop who I have. I need to write them in their own stories. I feared this would be the case going in, but it appears I didn't fear it enough.
