I watch an episode or two of a lot of shows that don't impress me enough for me to continue watching them.

I was assuming it was one of the old ones with the jerky animation and the long intro sequence. It has improved since then (at least to me, seeing as how it's not your thing.).

I don't know why, but there is something very addicting and appealing about it. It has a simple, divisive premise and the animation isn't the best, though the art is good to look at and the music is a treat as well (though the music post-"Stealing the Spotlight" does seem to hold less appeal to me, as it is heavier on the very prominent woodwinds than the old, which had more piano).
