Flash Game about Nuclear Winter?

Heey, everyone, I'm looking high and low to find a flash game to show to a friend... but, of course, now that I want to show it to someone, I can't find it. Go figure. So I figured I'd turn to TV Tropes for some help! Because if anyone can help me right now, it's tropers.

I remember playing the game on Newgrounds, though I wouldn't be surprised if it was located elsewhere. It was a pixel game, where the protagonist was literally just three red pixels for an outfits and one flesh-colored pixel for a face. It started out with your protagonist in the dark and, as you explored more regions of this mysterious game, the little sphere of light would expand outwards until you could get glimpses of broken technology and shattered windows and old passageways... I remember there being little teleportation devices, and I remember once you climbed up to the surface of the world, there were pine trees and snow falling everywhere? I believe that the Big Reveal of the game was that it was about nuclear winter. That alone should get me to remember it, but... I can't remember the title or who made it or anything.

Any help in finding this flash game is much appreciated; I thank you guys in advance. :)

Was it called Small Worlds? Your description sounds a lot like the one our page on Surprise Creepy has for that game.

I have a message from another time...
