Final question: who controls NP Cs and wild Pokémon?

You generally come up with wild Pokemon yourself if you're catching them at least; you also control non-recurring NP Cs yourself usually.

NPCs, you can either write yourself or have someone else do.

Wild Pokemon that don't also count as NPCs would usually be controlled by you. Just make sure they're either native to the area or have a good reason for being there.

As for what we're doing, since Glitch!Gardenia got defeated most of everyone's hanging around Eterna or planning to go to Hearthome ATM.

I guess that wasn't my final question. How do gym battles work, and who controls important NP Cs such as gym leaders?

They're usually done in 3 vs 3 matches where someone enters the Gym, declares a challenge, and stuff happens.

And pretty much whoever's up for it controls them.

You can also write the gym leader for your own gym battles, if you want

I'm sorry, I know my questions are getting old, but I almost have the hang of it. How do you use the large bold text used to indicate location, and how do you use colored text? I looked in the text formatting administrivia, but couldn't find them.

Use a set of !! at the start of the line and it'll do it for you. Though personally I've been using @@ on both sides of my locations to make it a little easier to tell the header from boldtext.

Wish it was a little bigger though...

And for colors, do something like [[red:text]]

You can do it for red, gold, cinnamon, green, forestgreen, blue, teal, purple, pink, gray, white, and    evil

Doodle Delivery!

Yup I'm dropping those doodle requests right now! But, first, the story of how this all happened...

Sketchy Story

So, since I didn't have access to a computer in the hospital, I decided I might as well hash out part of the upcoming story of mine Rude Awakening (that Yangverse Ballad of Robin spinoff oneshot I mentioned a few times) in a notebook and got a somewhat-decent chunk of it done I still need to transcribe, and even though I hadn't really drawn anything in over a year due to falling faith in my art skills improving I figured I might as well be silly and doodle particular parts of the fic, starting with where I left off◊. However, eventually I got to the bit where I drew ridiculously chibified versions the main cast's (the Yangverse incarnations of the Creation Trio and Hoopa) Fire Emblem 'verse disguises◊ (and later one of Giratina's hugging an unfortunate actual bear◊ but that's sadly not as relevant to this tale).

Several other patients saw the set of chibis and for whatever reason absolutely adored them, praising me on how expressive they were and how well their personalities came off from those doodles of them. I was surprised by that in and of itself, but then one paitient asked me to draw her a rock band. Which led to...

Art Therapy

Yep, me drawing things for the other patients to cheer them up and give me something more to do in the place. I completed quite a few while I was in there, and prettified a rock wall displaying them all! Typically people gave me requests that I'd do some spin of my own on and then promptly give them photocopies to keep. (yes I was pretty much handing out free prints of my terrible artwork, muahaha.) I saved all the originals though so here they are!

• First the sign I used to advertise the requests◊. Most of you will recognise Gino and Reshiram from WAAPT and the Yangverse, respectively, but the other three are from original-fiction WIP projects I've told a few of you guys about - the non-Pokemon dragon trying to get Reshiram's attention is the titular character of Iggy, the guy on the left side waving and wielding an arm cannon is Otto from Multiverse Warriors, and the guy on the right with the lightning bolt on his back and a "chick magnet" T-shirt is Zeus from Gods of Earth.

• A simple portrait◊ of a patient who shall be unnamed for obvious reasons. Probably the most straightforward answer to an RL request I did.

• The aformentioned rock band. Note it's actually of the titular characters of Multiverse Warriors - Otto there shows up as the singer. Also, yes their band is literally called Good Name For A Rock Band. :P

• A second rock band that should be a good bit more recogniseable◊. Unfortunately Tom thinks emulating Keith Moon is a good idea.

• JOSEPH JOESTAR PANGORO◊. DO NOT ASK HOW THIS HAPPENED, JUST KNOW IT IS GLORIOUS

• Flower Friends! This one was actually for one of my sisters since Sunflora's her favorite Pokemon, and I threw in a certain Floette as a bonus.

• Oh, look, Of course I drew Robi- SUPRISE MOTHERFUCKERS◊. I think you'll like this one, Straw. :P

• A cute shot of Apollo◊, Ammy's Venomoth.

• A stealth homage◊ to a show that's gotten trendy recently.

• I maaay have gotten a certain Nuzlocke artist to let me incorporate her lovingly-crafted interpretation of a certain Original Dragon into Yangverse lore, which led to this more emotional piece also debuting Human!Kendall. (And yes I was hardcore enough about giving proper credit to haphazardly make damn well sure said Nuzlocke artist's name and URL were fit in there).

• A hypothetical Noivern!Sam◊, complete with scarf and stolen wallet plus anatomy quirks. :3

• And finally, one of the coloring pages from the hospital (fun fact: coloring for adults is therapeutic!) with some extra touches◊ involving a prominent character from Iggy known as Steve, its setting's Freindly Neighorhood Eldritch Abomination.

Writing's a bit extra-hard to read, so he's saying "Oh, this is a self portrait of my true form but Euclidean! Pretty good, huh?" The "portrait" is likewise titled "Bold And Brash, by Steve!"

And now you all are wondering, "wait, what about the ones for us?" Well, I've got those queued up next thing! Just it's late and I'm tired and it took forever to compile this set, so that's happening tomorrow. @_@ Sorry, but stay tuned!
