Moved 'em, clarified the descriptions. Doesn't leave many actual examples...

The trope is about lawyers being obstructive in Perp Sweating scenes ("Did you kill that guy?" "Dont Answer That!"). Then it describes a "comedic version" wherein someone tries to avert a Rhetorical Question Blunder with the titular phrase ("Do I look like an idiot? ...er, don't answer that")
It isn't a "comedic version" - there's no relation other than the phrasing. I suggest moving all the examples of the latter to Rhetorical Question Blunder and adding a Do Not Confuse note to the description.
