Are you referring to that area past the Nagul Mountain Range?
You'll need to run across the ice and then jump right at the end (maybe with the assistance of Quick Step gems). If yoy 're successful you'll latch onto a climbable patch and can clamber on up.
Beware, however: there are some ruthlessly strong enemies up that way.
Edit: Ninja'd.

Icon by Civvi the Civilian!Ah, fair enough. I guess I've been jumping too early, then- I keep landing on the middle platform.
I sure said that!I'm not entirely sure on this (may just be a placebo), but I think Riki may naturally be the fastest mover. If all else fails, you may want him as the party leader for the jump.
Icon by Civvi the Civilian!Yeah, fair warning, there's some pretty potent enemies at the summit.
Anyway, you'll at least want to clear the maps for Sword Valley and Galahad Fortress; those'll become unavailable pretty soon. Complete their Collectapedia pages, quests, and Unique Monsters as well if you want to, though you'll have to deal with Mischievous Naberius if you do the latter.
I think all the party members have the same movement speed.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Ah, don't worry, that's on the checklist.
I'm also trying to figure out why all of the Hox I've killed so far have had their 100th spur shedding and none of them have their first. Annoying when you're trying to rebuild Colony 6! I'm not looking forward to getting the Light Rain Elemental for Special Level 1, either.
I sure said that!Light Rain Elemental isn't too hard. Wait until it rains on Gaur Plain, fight the Nebula over near Villera Hill, save before opening the treasure chest, then reload if you don't get a Light Rain Elemental. Saving and reloading also causes it to respawn, meaning you can fight it again and hope for a silver chest, or just keep gathering more and more regular chests.
Chest contents are determined when you open them, so you can save and reload like that. As for Hox Spurs, it depends on what type of Hox you're fighting. They all have different drops.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!By the by, if you're trying to fill the map out, it's automatically 100%'d when you find all Locations, Landmarks and Secret Locations. Don't waste time swimming around all of Eryth Sea, for instance.
Moon◊That's why I'm shooting for that mountaintop- I didn't trust MONOLITH not to put a landmark or location marker up there and it looks like I was right.
(I'm only doing all this now, as an aside, because Seven is way behind on the Skill Trees and they need all the help they can get for SP.)
I sure said that!Speaking of Eryth Sea, there's a certain location there that's very easily missed: the Bionis Occipital, which is located underneath Prison Island (jump off the back of Central Seal Island and swim straight).
Why it's a location is beyond me (it's literally nothing but ocean).
Icon by Civvi the Civilian!I actually managed to find that one while looking for the Hode hideout for that one quest from the Ether Plant. My poor sense of direction continues to win me favors.
I sure said that! There's also a very tough to find location in Valak Mountain. If you keep heading northwest from Belfagar Pedestal, you can eventually find a very steep- but still climbable -slope that takes you up across the main ridge, to reach Kana Peak.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!I've got that area cleared now! Currently cleaning up Sword Valley, then I make for Eyrth Sea before mopping up what's left of Galahad Fortress.
I can't believe I almost forgot how excited Fiora gets about going on and ON AND ON!
I sure said that!Dunban is a life saver. Shulk and Reyn were down vs the Satorl Guardian, he was at a sliver of health and it was his agility that kept him alive long enough to finish it off.
He is the ninja to Reyn's paladin. Their job is to draw aggro, at least for a long while, but the way they do so is completely different.
Theoretically, Dunban's best armor will eventually be nothing at all, but that requires ruining the story scenes with his swimming trunks.
I sure said that!As awesome as Underwear Dunban is, usually the agility buff isn't quite worth the loss in defense you get from the end-game armors.
Though I'm thinking of skill-linking that onto everyone and making everyone run around like that.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! That's what you think! Melia's Unadorned Beauty skill boosts a bunch of stats by 20% when you have no gems equipped. Ether is one of these. Agility is another. Stack the naked Dunban skills with it and you will become as god.
For the sake of flavor, you'll forgive me for using the most aesthetically-pleasing of the completed sufficiently-strong sets, I hope.
I sure said that!I don't blame you, I kind of agree.
Besides, Agility can only take you so far. All it takes is the RNG to hate you for one minute, and it's game over.
If everyone were normal, the world would be a dull place. Like reality television.late but....
riki has a skill that makes him move faster. im also pretty sure seven moves faster than say....reyn by default.
Riki gets a movement speed skill, yeah, though you can just skill-link it to everyone.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!I feel so dumb for only now figuring out the presents mechanic the collectibles feature. At least it's speeding Seven's affinity with everyone else.
I sure said that!Try having someone gift Dunban an Ether Plum.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!-suspicion-
I beat the entire game before I even learned of that ability, so
Moon◊
Get a running jump on the ice, you should be able to jump all the way to a climbable wall and reach Three Sage Summit from there.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!
