Club was excellent. Took me a minute to adjust to the stylized (and quite frankly, not very well done) models at the beginning. Looked like something out of a PS 2-era game.
But when it got to the fights, it either improved (which is perfect... focus on making the important parts look good) or it was so well-stylized that I just didn't care. I really liked the episode.
I spent a while trying to remember who Cyrus was. He just seemed... familiar. Didn't realize he was a new character.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Call was just...damn that might be one of the realist episodes of the series. Especially how loud and unrestrained the swearing is. When Blood Gulcher's do it, it's snarky and funny, when Felix does, it's scary as hell.
And the TENSION. I love how you can feel things going more and more wrong but you can't really articulate it until you remember "... oh. The ransom the mob boss' son idea has never worked." You're so used to the hardened and experienced Felix and Locus that have things under control you get taken for a ride along with them.

Despite my screen-name, ranting to you about One Piece is not my top priority.I dunno, I kinda foresaw that ransom failing. I'm loving the animation though.
It was rather clever though. That Gabriel's girl was listening in the whole time.
It's also nice to know Locus' real name, Sam Ortez.
I've heard some backlash by fans, but come on, not everyone gets to be Hank Daggerknife. Makes him more human that he's got a real name under there.
And you can see some of his traits when he still had his humanity, like when he's smirking when Gabriel explains the girl was under his desk. Meanwhile, Felix has always had a pretty affable-sounding name, but already he's willing to be charismatic and deranged to get what he wants.
And now that Locus is still alive by the end of Chorus, I really hope he gets development later when he reappears. Knowing what we know now, he's on the road to getting his morality back.
Luna's fresh ideas with these characters really did a lot to broaden the setting beyond the bases and Freelancers. It's a big galaxy out there.
Well, that's that.
A happy ending, too.
grahTotally didn't see that coming, I gotta say. 0_0 Excellent stretch of episodes right here, loved it all!

They do have medals for almost, and they're called silver!Honestly that name is so dorky I think it's perfect for Felix XD. Fucking Issac Gates, amazing XDD
Locus' just suits him. Feels normal in a way I like. A dude's name vs a weapons name
Despite my screen-name, ranting to you about One Piece is not my top priority.Miles talks about the three-parter. Some interesting stuff in there.
And no, I don't care if it didn't answer any of my questions, I love this arc.

Sometimes not getting answers is in its own way, an answer. It's an interesting touch that they weren't always a duo.
Siris was voiced by Chris Sabat? I thought he sounded familiar, but couldn't think of who it was.
He was, and it was awesome.
I am glad that Miles decided the Descent was too big a story for the episode limit he got and gave us this little number instead, it was a great move and perfectly served Vic's opener.
Despite my screen-name, ranting to you about One Piece is not my top priority.Damn, Miles is not one for settling for easy. It sounds like there's a whole series of story arcs and plots that are only hinted at with those three. A whole separate storyline to explore, and he had the brilliant idea to leave us hanging. He seems to love those ambiguous endings.
I love that it didn't spell anything out. It stuck to a stand-alone story and works better for all the things it doesn't say.
AND it really hits home the idea that the job on Chorus wasn't Destiny or Always Going to happen. The only reason Chorus is inevitable is that we already saw it happen. It's kind of a brilliant anti-tragedy.
Despite my screen-name, ranting to you about One Piece is not my top priority. So here's a question: who do you think is the scariest villain in the series?
Hmmmm.... Probably Felix. See, the Meta, Wyoming, Hargrove, Locus? None of those guys would go after you Just Because. Felix would make time in his busy schedule to blow off some steam, with your eyeball and a knife.
Despite my screen-name, ranting to you about One Piece is not my top priority.Tie between Sigma-Meta and Felix, yeah.
What makes it worse is in the last Mercs episode, he's genuinely thanking Siris for staying, meaning he really wasn't a monster all along, he was human once.
Meta on a physical level. Felix on a personal level.

This trilogy was awesome, though it didn't seem like it was taking place in the Halo universe.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?New ep is out.
You chose poor soldiers to interview for your propaganda video, RED command.
grahBlue Team for life.
I liked the parody of war propaganda.
I'm half expecting this episode to become a Brick Joke in the future. Have a group of new recruits notice someone from the video, and state: "Hey, it's that guy from the video! Cool!" or something.
Kind of interesting that they choose to specifically set this post season five, added an interesting flavor and made for some hilarious jokes XD

Fuuuuuuuuuck that episode was INTENSE. Excellent work all around, now excuse me while I curl up in a ball and try to process exactly how on edge I'm going to be waiting for the conclusion to this mess.
