"One of the changes would be the setting. I think it can be Americanized, with the cast in their first year in high school. Also, since making an assasin baby in live action that is convincing is borderline impossible, Arcobaleno would just be a group of special agents. "
No doubt about the Americanization.
As for the Acrobaleno, I think it would be better to have them be played by children. Part of the charm of the work to begin with was the whole 'infant assassin' aspect. Obviously, infant is too young, but 10 years old or so would be workable. Removing it would be a real downer for many of the fans.
"Yo, those kids are straight up liars, man. All I told them to do was run product. And by product, I mean chewing gum."Thanks for actually answering and keeping the thread alive!
Oh, and does anyone think Tsuna would make a good Deadpan Snarker? Something like...
- Tsuna: (when Reborn introduces himself) Are you from Corleone?
- Tsuna: So I'm supposed to be The Don of a fake mafia family, huh? Wonderful!

I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.I think a Korean drama could be created also from Katekyo Hitman reborn, mainly to keep some of the asian charm, I do like the idea of children playing as the arecobeleno, but they HAVE to be pretty badass, haha
Anyways doesn't anyone else think that Yamamoto Takeshi should be played by none other than the infamous sports nut Choi Minho (SHI Nee)? lol They both fit each other to a T. Then again the reborn! voice actors sort of fit the character they play e.g. Haru and Kyoko.

God I was a weeb..
What would you want from it?
If you ask me, I think it could be turned into a Pragmatic Adaptation. You'd probably have to cut some characters and get rid of the filler chapters, but I think it would be possible to turn the first 8 volumes into a film.

If I was a director, I would have Matt Damon as him.
Am I talking crack? Would make sense if I were, though.
