I mock the eighties a lot, but the fact is that I'm simply tsun-tsuning for an era where Heavy Metal was played on pop charts.
"Everyone wants an answer, don't they?... I hate things with answers." — Grant MorrisonI seem to recall spitting up a lot and crying for no good reason.
Emperor Wu liked cake, but not exploding cake!I remember not existing, that was pretty cool.
Chances are, I'm not actually wearing any pants right now.I inherited a lot of the eighties by product of not having cable and seeing reruns of G.I. Joe and Transformers on UHF stations.

I love you, Ossy.

It's not exactly naive. And it can happen. But it's tough. And definetly worthwhile.I remember going with my dad to buy a car from some old lady. It was nighttime, but everything was so bright.
I too remember not existing then, but I still like the music.
You can't even write racist abuse in excrement on somebody's car without the politically correct brigade jumping down your throat!Buncha kids, don't remember the 80s, grumble...
no one will notice that I changed this^ I know right? I was 3 to 13 in the 80's.
Carburetors.
Turbocharged everything. (...especially turbo Buick Regals - going fast with class.)
4th generation Corvettes.
Toyota AE-86 Corollas.
Kids toys that were made out of metal, and lots of it.
Betamax videos in school.
Reel-to-reel videos in school.
80 cents for a hot lunch in school.

AC:NL Dream Address: 5200-2582-5967I'm ashamed that I've never seen a single Back To The Future movie, ever.
AC:NL Dream Address: 5200-2582-5967First one is great. So is the third one. Second? YMMV.

AC:NL Dream Address: 5200-2582-5967The second Back To The Future, at the very least, has a hilariously Zeerusty sequence set in 2015.

^ Ah, yes, that was the funny part about the second one, looking at it in hindsight.
Oooo, Red Dawn.
Ah, the days in which the Soviet Union still existed and were demonized in media. I miss those guys.

I'll just sit here humming the My Little Pony theme song, is that okay? I have to hum because I don't remember the words.
Definitely Thundercats.
Transformers the animated Movie? Where a bunch of them died? Holy crap.
Also, "Rainbow Brite and the Star Stealer" wasn't half-bad.
