Policenauts question: another Meryl Silverburgh-like case ?

Hi everyone, there's something I'd like to ask.

While searching for the various easter eggs appearing in the Tokimeki Memorial series, I looked at the Japanese version of The Other Wiki, read the article regarding the Drama Series of the franchise, and found the following tidbit (which I'm translating for you):

"Bella Notte's Owner"

The owner of the fashion shop "Bella Notte", an imposing character with a distinctive "~zamasu" Verbal Tic, is actually almost similar in appearance to a character appearing in a crucial Event in "Policenauts"  ^*

So, to those who have played Policenauts fully... Is the character in the following snapshot, taken from Nijiiro no Seishun, really is similar to that Policenauts char?

Yes, she looks just like the character from Policenauts.

Holy, minus the Scary Shiny Glasses-like effect on the Nijiiro no Seishun version of the char and the lack of the Verbal Tic in the Policenauts vers. of the char, they really are identical.

I so need to advance in Policenauts at least until that moment, so I can make a new TokimekiMemorial Easter Egg video. Thanks for your help, Speedy Cerviche!
