Good for those of us who happen to have a iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad who don't already own the console (and DS) versions, no doubt.

That's actually rather well done. I actually like the Sonic series' art quite a bit, it's never been bad, except for maybe some of the models for Heroes and Shadow the Hedgehog. But from an artistic aspect Sonic's remained pretty consistently strong.
I see Episode 2 getting hate even if they did improve the physics, on not having enough stage creativity or being too hard or something.
More whining, whatever. I'll still enjoy it.

Ditto. 
I was just playing Sonic Colors a little bit again (I forgot I still haven't gotten Super Sonic), and looking at the cutscenes (I love the writing, especially the banter between Sonic and Tails and everything about Eggman), and man do I love that game.
Hopefully their next game will be something like that but with Tails playable.
