I was, but come to think of it, in Generations, all of Sonic's friends end up telling him how to fight the Time Eater and use his Super Form effectively, so they kind of are tutorial robots, the lot of them.
Even Shaaaadoooooow.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Omochao becoming optional in Generations is the best thing ever.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!Yea, but now he's voiced by Laura Bailey, which makes him marginally less annoying.
Well honestly, I never found Omachao annoying in the slightest but that's mainly because I never bother with tutorials anyway in video games. I like learning as I go.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does. There were Omochao almost everywhere in Sa2...but they were rarely ever in the way.
They don't have area triggers, you actually have to touch them.

YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Heh, people will complain about anything nowadays...
x2: I occasionaly spread my brand of cancer on an MMO forum where hardly anyone is happy to begin with. Of course I'm unfazed.

Answer no master, never the slave Carry your dreams down into the grave Every heart, like every soul, equal to break90-95% of the Internet in a nutshell.
You're on the Internet and this surprises you?
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.I always thought the Omochao hate was supposed to be an in-joke in itself. Can't really imagine why anyone would be sincere about it, especially when his first and most notable appearance already allows you to actively bully the crap out of him.
Kind of annoying how omnipresent he is in Runners, though, but he's nowhere near as bad as the Flickies in that sense.
"Tell them to shut up and have some faith in me." - dead flashback guyI like the Flickies though, they're adorable and that original Flicky in his own game was cool. Also 3D Blast is basically a Sonic remake of Flicky and the ol' game was put into Gunstar Heroes as a stage segment.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!(x5)
Man, I'm in another thread right now complaining about someone referring to a fictional character as a Nazi. This argument will not help me gain knowledge, improve my social status, or make me any wealthier. The internet is where you dump all the b'tching and moaning you can't do in ordinary life.
Like the Chao Gardens, I never got why Sega didn't continue with this idea. You want replayability, give me a nigh-endless stat-farming Chao Garden minigami to pump money into. Had this come out after Sonic Adventure 2, I kid you not, I'd still be playing it today.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!SEGA could easily release an Android remake of a standalone Chao Garden with cash purchases and I'd happily throw money at it to get my straight-S rank Chaos Chao.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls! They could even update the rereleases of SA 1 and 2 to be compatible with that app.
It's probably never gonna be made, though, so that's a moot point.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.I'm still holding out for a Sonic Adventure remake styled after Sonic Generations.
Or hell, if I really wanna be ballsy, an updated engine of SA 1.

A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Have you guys heard of the Sonic PC Collection that came out in 2009? It's a compilation that includes the following Sonic games (since 1 of them is a compilation itself and another has 12 unlockable games):
- Sonic the Hedgehog (16-bit)
- Sonic the Hedgehog (8-bit)
- Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (16-bit)
- Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (8-bit)
- Sonic Spinball
- Sonic Spinball (8-bit)
- Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine
- Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine (8-bit)
- Sonic Chaos
- Sonic 3 and Knuckles (including Sonic 3, Sonic and Knuckles, Knuckles in Sonic 2, and Blue Sphere)
- Sonic Drift
- Sonic Triple Trouble
- Tails Adventure
- Tails Skypatrol
- Sonic Drift 2
- Sonic Labyrinth
- Sonic 3D Blast/Flickies' Island
- Sonic Adventure
- Sonic Heroes
- Sonic Riders
It including all 12 Game Gear games plus the Genesis games does mean that it includes the PC versions of Mega Collection Plus and Sonic Adventure DX. The only notable games that are omitted are Sonic CD (the only other game that really has a PC version), Sonic the Fighters, Knuckles Chaotix, Sonic R, Sonic Pocket Adventure, Sonic Adventure 2, and Shadow the Hedgehog
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life! So, Sonic Runners is getting a major bug fix soon, and there's also going to be a "raid event" featuring Zazz.

Still no collection with Sonic Shuffle. Someone did send me a link on how to procure it myself, maybe I should get back to that...
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!You're really curious about Sonic Shuffle? It did not look like a fun game when I was watching the Brainscratchcomms run of it when they were at Momocon 2015.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!Shuffle is probably one of the weaker party/multiplayer games out there. Still better than Fusion Frenzy, but not in the same league as Dokapon and Mario Party.

The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!I don't know, it's just the one that got away. I loved Mario Party as a kid, if I'd owned a Dreamcast and known there was a Sonic version, I would've snatched it up. It's a unique gameplay style for Sonic, there's no other Sonic title like it. Just like Sonic R. Even though Sonic Riders is objectively the better game, I still like Sonic R, partly because of nostalgia, partly because of its 90s' design, partly because it was a golden idea they never used again.
As proven by Mario, you could do Sonic Shuffle 2-10 if you had enough ideas for minigames. It's certainly marketable, could've been a differently-flavored Mario Party, kept their rivalry alive just a bit longer.
I'm pretty sure they've released just about every other old Sonic game, excluding Xtreme and Sega Sonic.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Not Pocket Adventure. Which I'm interested in, actually.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life! And the Advance games I suppose. If you didn't keep those old Gameboy chips, you're out of luck, unless you manage to get it on an emulator.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I got Gems on a Gamecube disc, and I still have all my Game Gear carts.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!I did buy Advance 2, 3, and Battle used. Still need Advance 1.
You know, I have to wonder why Pit is obsessed with this site. It’s gonna ruin his life!
The fact that he's avoidable makes the complaints about Omochao invalid...literally, the only reason people didn't like him is because he had an annoying voice, he's completely inoffensive otherwise.
