They even have developed some memes of their own, although there's a clear Germans Love David Hasseldorf thing going on, since memes that have nearly no prominence at all on the english networks got really popular here. Special mention to "Yao Ming", i.e. "Fuck that". That face is just hilarious

Being Hispanic myself, I wondered the same thing. All I can really remember was that George Lopez's FTP acronym was popular for a while and they love to use jejeje instead of hahaha. As for viral videos, the two most popular ones in Latin America off the top of my head were Vegeta VS Homer and a video where a kid was being shaken off a log by his friend while he was trying to cross it.

I'm actually quite surprised that Coolface is being used in Spanish websites.

I've seen Torrente referred to as a Memetic Badass in several places of the Spanish-speaking internet.
