-Alice will find in one room there is a sleeping woman, atop a bed that looks more like a layered cake than anything else-

-Pillows and duvets and cushions-

-She's sunk right in there, sleeping peaceful-

-inside the kitchen, the oven cooks a pizza-

-the waft of melting mozzarella, pepperoni, and other such pizza-related smells fills the kitchen and starts to leak out into the main room-

Main Room -> Kitchen (Frey)

-What happened to that Love Potion?! It's been missing for DAYS! She has no idea what could have happened if someone got a hold of it... It's just gone!-

"Where could it be...?"

-...? Does she smell pizza?!-

-Ahhhhhhh... She's had pizza before. Really gives her a ton of energy when she eats it!-

-She can't help but walk into the kitchen to see.-

"Is someone making pizza in here?"

Outside (...Aichi...?)

-Running... Running... Running...-

-He feels his heart beating in his chest rapidly. He has to get away... He has to get away from them...!-

-They've been chasing him... He's been trying to find his friends and family, but at every turn it seems like they're there... That these things are waiting for him...-

-It's a miracle he's made it this long... It's only been three months since he returned to Japan for winter break to see his family and friends, but once he arrived everything went horribly wrong.-

-He's running, running, running...-

-?!?!?! Wait, what is this place?! He was just running back in Tokyo!!!-

-He has no idea what's going on, but he quickly looks behind him to see if they're still chasing him.-

-...-

-...T-They're gone...-

-Did he lose them?-

-...No, it can't be that simple.-

-He stops, grabs the crowbar he has strapped to his back, and begins looking all around as quickly and carefully as he can.-

-He sees a strange building... And it seems to be in good shape too. No stench of death... No blood anywhere...-

-...It's like he's ended up somewhere completely different...-

-Still, he holds that crowbar with a tight grip, preparing for anything that may approach him. He's focusing on scanning all around him. He wants to be ready for ANYTHING that might be nearby.-

-He can't be sure this place is safe. Card Capital wasn't safe. Home wasn't safe. Miyaji Academy wasn't safe.-

-Nowhere has been for three months.-

-If someone knows Aichi they would see that he's suddenly a lot taller and older. Granted he's still short for his age, but it's clear that he's by far the oldest Aichi here.-

-It's also clear he's very tense and serious. He's extremely stressed out.-

-...Although if you haven't met Aichi then you wouldn't know that.-

-You'd just see a short blue-haired guy with weird hair holding a crowbar like a weapon.-

-with a rather bored and tired expression he just sticks a thumb towards himself-

-and nods to Frey-

-Oh, so he's making it!-

"Wow! It smells really good..."

-She can imagine how good it tastes...!-

"I'm Frey. What's your name?"

-Apparently seeing this guy isn't that weird to her. He's a little strange seeming, but her world has all sorts of different creatures.-

I am Xenos, the destroyer of worlds, conqueror of peoples-

-this goes on for a few minutes, listing all the different planets he's the doom of, and the ends of several empires-

-and consumer of pizzas.

"WHAT?!"

-Destroyer of worlds and conquerors of peoples?!-

-...-

-...O-Oh! He just must be kidding!-

"Hehehehe... I-I see..."

-shrugs-

Yeah, I know- my resume blocks out the sun.

Believe me, that's what they said at the pizzeria I applied for.

-soon enough he smiles more widely-

Speaking of- I think the pizza is ready!

Kitchen (Frey)

-'Pizzeria'...?-

-She's never heard that word before. She knows of pizza, but she's never heard of a place dedicated to selling it...-

"You mean like a place where they sell pizza?"

-...Oooooooh, that pizza is done!-

"It's going to taste great! I know it is!"

-...She wants pizza now...-

"Hmm..."

-She's starting to dig through her bag. It seems like a fairly small bag, but eventually...-

-...She pulls out a plate with a hot slice of pizza on it?! What?!-

"Hehe! I knew I still had some in here!"

-...How the heck is that pizza still warm? Or good? And how did it not make a mess in her bag?-

-It's as if the pizza had never been touched!-

-She's not really sure how it works, but this bag keeps EVERYTHING good.-

-Maybe it had to do with something from before she lost her memory...-

"This bag is really handy. I've got all sorts of stuff in here. Food, weapons, farming tools, a milker, a whole bunch of food, potions, and a lot more!"

-...There is no way that bag would fit all of that, right?.-

-Frey nods in agreement to the idea of pizza being fresh.-

"The best pizza is definitely fresh! A cold pizza just isn't the same."

-She wonders if that's one reason why people like it when she gives them her homemade pizza instead of pizza she bought or found.-

-...Either that or they appreciate the effort she put into it!-

Ahhh- bigger on the inside.

I remember the planet where that was like- the schtick every piece of technology had there.

But some things don't need to be bigger on the inside.

Especially the post office.

The queues made me want to blow up the entire planet.

I mean- I did blow up their planet, but it was for unrelated reasons.

-She still thinks you're joking.-

"Hehehe... I could imagine it being really frustrating."

-...Oh, she didn't introduce herself!-

"I forgot to introduce myself! My name's Frey. It's nice to meet you!"

If you've got technology like that pizza preserving bag, then I might not have to blow your planet up either.

I know Pizza's what saved Earth.

Can't just blow up the planet that gave me this exquisite dish.

-small koata sits outside with two of his toys, he seems to be playing on the grass-

This Jungle is scary Koata! Are you sure we can make it? -he's trying to sound deep-

Mhm! We can get thorough this because... because we are friends!

-aichi why is there a small child playing out in the open?-

-It's good to know that he wouldn't want to blow her planet.-

-...She's never going to realize he isn't joking, is she?-

"Hehe, trust me. There's a lot more stuff where this came from!"

Outside (...Aichi...?)

-He hears the shouting and quickly whips around to see what it is. It didn't help his nerves... At all.-

-...A... child...?-

-...He's seeing things, right? It looks like a kid playing with toys...-

-...Doesn't he realize it's not safe?! A child shouldn't be out wandering around when those things are out there! He could get killed!-

-He wants to rush over to him and ask him if he's all right. Tell him to get to safety. Beg him to be careful.-

-...-

-No, wait... He can't just rush in. This boy might be infected. He's not one of them now, but if he's infected then he can't afford to get close to him.-

-He holds the crow bar tightly, carefully approaching the child.-

-Koata, a guy with blue hair is approaching you from a ways away. He's holding a crowbar and you can probably tell he's very... intense right now. You can probably tell he's afraid even if he's trying to hide it.-

-He stops a bit closer to you, but still pretty far away. He's looking over you, trying to figure out what to make of you.-

-...-

-...Of course you're just a kid, so most of this will probably go over your head.-

-he stands up!... then looks at his head more seeing GASP!! IS HE—

... Aichi you growded too?!

-that's what's worrying him?-

Outside (...Aichi...?)

-...What...?-

-OK, you've managed to confuse him, Koata.-

-How does this kid know his name...?-

-...Wait, right... He's not exactly unknown. He's known as a member of Team Q4 and a winner of the Asia Circuit along with Kamui and Misaki...-

-...But the way he's talking implies he knows Aichi. Not just heard of him.-

"...H-How do you know me?"

-The kid doesn't seem to be dangerous or in danger so far...-

-...Wait, never mind asking how the kid knows him. He's got more important things to ask!-

"Are you all right? You aren't hurt, are you?"

-You can tell he sounds serious. He's extremely concerned.-

-He doesn't see any signs of bites or scratches on Koata... His clothes are clean and intact...-

-He seems well nourished and healthy too.-

-He just seems like a normal boy.-

-Aichi looks around a little more, trying to find a single thing that stands out as a potential danger, before finally strapping the crowbar to his back once more upon not seeing anything.-

-He then hesitates for a second before walking a bit closer to Koata.-

-He's trying to seem calm. Aichi doesn't want to scare him. He needs to figure out where they are and how to get them both out of danger.-

-It's been a while since he's had to interact with a living person... He's found a few people over the last three months, but it never lasted long and he hasn't seen anyone in a fair while...-

-koata points at the room and smiles when aichi asks if he's okay-

Mhm! I'm okay! I am a strong boy!

-he raises his little arms up-

Outside (...Aichi...?)

-Aichi has no idea what Koata is talking about at all... He's never been here and he's never met him before.-

"...You've been staying at this place?"

-Aichi looks back over at the building once more. Like before he notes that it seems to be in fine shape. It's an odd building, but it's not dilapidated, abandoned-seeming, or covered in blood like many of the buildings back home are now.-

"...Are there more people here?"

-If there are people here he needs to warn them... Warn them about those... those... things! He's started calling them "Youmu" for the sake of a term, but he still can't help but just refer to them as things as well.-

-They're not human. They're not alive. Everyone that becomes one has long since died.-

-Every time he sees them he feels a sickening sense of sorrow. None of it should have happened.-

-All of these people... All of them should be alive right now.-

-...-

-...No, don't think about it. Do not think about it. Focus on the here and now. You're supposedly in a safe area. You need to take advantage of this chance.-

-Aichi once again looks back at Koata.-

"If there are can you take me to them?"

-GASP! this older aichi seems troubled! clearly he needs your help koata!-

-YOU MUST PROTECT HIM LITTLE HERO!-

-he picks up his toys and nods- Mhm! I sawed people! I will take you Big Aichi!

-and he marches into the room, what a brave little soul-

Outside (...Aichi...?)

-There are people here... Good. Perhaps this place is filled with refugees... People that made it out somehow.-

"Thank you—"

-Wait, he's going on ahead!-

"Wait for me!"

-He's still not sure how safe this place is for sure. He doesn't want Koata to get inside only to potentially get bombarded by someone that turned out to secretly be infected.-

-He had to deal with that.-

-Aichi runs as fast as he can to try to get in front of Koata so he can be the one to open the door. If there's something on the other side he'll handle it. He doesn't want this boy to get hurt.-

-Aichi will protect him. This crowbar's saved Aichi's life many times over the last three months and he's sure it'll keep doing the job.-

"I'll open the door. Just stay behind me, OK?"

-OK... Aichi grabs the crowbar once again, holding it in position.-

-He approaches the door carefully and slowly turns the knob.-

-...-

-...He doesn't hear anything inside...-

-No moaning, shuffling, moving...-

-It sounds quiet...-

-Aichi quickly shoves the door open and holds the crowbar in a position ready to strike at anything that might be in the way.-

-...-

-...-

-...He doesn't see anything...-

-The room is empty.-

"...All right, this room is safe."

-Not so sure about the others though...-

Mhm! Everyone is nice here! Even the tiny dragon is nice!

-wait TINY DRAGON?!-

Oh! I got to watch TV here too!

-quick to change the subject aren't we...-
