Caulifla becomes stunned by Saitama's "impressive" workout routine. Her face shows some form of extreme enlightenment, but is slightly deflated internally.

"That's it? Shit, well, a workout's a workout, I guess. Saiyans do more than that to achieve great power, but hey, whadda I know about crunchin' down big jobs into nothin'? Good shit though, I'll keep it in mind."

She turns her attention again to respond to the patient Micheal. "My bro told me that the humans were stuck in a stupid war for so long, they ended up killing each other and screwing their planet. Whatever, ashes to ashes. You humans seems a'ight so far, so I'm not sure what the fuck happened."

(He actually seems slightly relieved that she didn't mock it, but frowns when she mentions the war.)

For comparison, 300 years before I was born, humanity in my universe nearly doomed itself by creating autonomous robotic super-weapons. If it weren't for the first generation of the Seven Stars, Agnika Kaieru and at least... 64 other talented pilots, I wouldn't even be here.

(He was completely lost when he said "for comparison")

"Right. Sure."

(A loud trembling in the ground. It's his stomach.)

"Ah, dammit. I'm off to go eat. Say, Cactus, or whatever your name is, if you ever wanna fight just say. You seem pretty strong."

(He picks up his groceries and makes his way to the kitchen.)

Sorry about the awkward pause. It'll just be a mid-quel post.

Admittedly, Caulifla is somewhat taken back by Micheal's story, especially considering how she was just going to get some of this fancy robot tech for herself (not for her personally, she's a Saiyan after all, but there were some slackers in her ranks who could use the boost, or sell for profit). Then again, it's technology; easy to smash and reuse. Oh right, the soldiers.

"Gotta admit, can always admire folks with a winning cause; Saiyans typically do." She might actually warm up to the authority type like him. Almost.

Her ears lighten with glee once she heard Saitama's blessing to a future fight (and his groceries). "Baldy's not bad; besides some weaklings, people here are petty chill. Love it!"

Eh, this place can come up with some really bizarre combinations of people.

All kinds of different power levels, too. It's not surprising that I've ended up near the bottom of the totem pole, if you'll pardon the expression.

{"Bottom of the totem pole"?} Caulifla is slightly puzzled by the expression at first, but she gets the gist. "I mean, if you can hold your own against Saiyan-level stuff like Lune, I wouldn't mind being around you in any situation. Hell, I like my strength, but smarts are pretty valuable too. Otherwise, you'll be dead weight."

(Saitama was just boiling the pot when he realised something.)

"Dammit. I didn't get enough spice."

Wait, there was a mall in the forest, right?...

(Gently setting down the pot, he simply vanished, an intense gust of wind nearly overturning the pot. He rocketed past Michael and Caulifla, a dust trail following him.)

(Anyone fast enough to see him would notice his overly frantic expression, his arms cartoonishly pumping back and forth.)

"I NEED MY SEASONIIING!!!"

"Heh, that's what I like to hear, Micheal. " she smirks at the Specialist-Captain. She'll have to admit, there was something awkwardly plain about his name. Probably needs more food puns. "I mean, speaking of, I have another Saiyan as my protegee named Kale. She's a sweet girl, normally isn't prone to fighting..."

{"Normally..."}

"...but she's pretty obedient. Plus, I've been noticing that she's trying to make up her shyness with books or whatever. Still, kind want to get her out of her shell."

Caulifla's excitement returns when she spots Saitama speeding past them.

"The struggle, man! Fridge food's pretty bad here!" she calls out generally.

...Really? Because the last trouble I had with another Saiyan was him willing to take on an entire squad of Reginlazes. Like that one.

She smiles as she orbits around the mechanical marvel, though she couldn't help but add, "What, did you steal his doggy treats or somethin'? Kind of troubled (for you) that a whole squad was need for one Saiyan. Lune's workin' on some improvements with that in mind."

...Actually, his name was Broly. Decided to pick a fight with Julieta, who is the pilot of that Reginlaze, and a colleague of mine, and it escalated from there.

"Broly?!"

She grasps dramatically, almost like she just heard the devil's name. Then, she bursts out laughing from her facade.

"Nev'ah heard of the guy. Sounds like an decent opponent if he can take on mutiple people at once. Still, props to one of y'ah guys for holding their own. How are they both like? They sound mildly interesting. "

"By the way, you wanna show off this suit's functions?"

(...She doesn't know?! ...Oh for...)

Julieta is.... Professional. She knows how to take orders, and can fight extremely well. ...Granted, that's against human opponents using Mobile Suits, but... (shrugs) she can be good in a pinch. Oh, and she has a great sense of humour... at my expense.

And no, I'm not bothering activating that MS, because that's Julieta's property and well... I'd prefer to find my Graze Ritter Arsenal at some point.

...(He digs into his jacket to fish out his phone to check the time. It's getting late.) Which reminds me, I probably need to get some sleep.
