-Clambers halfway up the stairs before running out of will, sobbing against them-

(stops at the bottom)

...Hey, Gracia...I'm really sorry about what I said...

-Her voice catches in her throat a few times-

(tries to answer that, but just starts crying instead)

You— before, you said you needed me. But you— it's been months and you've been fine and you've never come to me—

You just wanted me to feel important. You don't need me.

-Concerned, Purr considered following, but just stared back at her hot chocolate-

-a Regular Ordinary Housecat has spotted the Gracia and Audrey, and faintly walks down the steps, before nudging into Gracia's head like cats are wont to do-

I—I don't—I didn't mean—I'm sorry, I—

(reduced to a blubbering mess at this point)

You're lying. Cloud lied too. He told me he'd come back but he tricked me. Because that's how people make me happy. They make me believe things that aren't true. They pretend to like my hugs, or they pretend they understand what I talk about, and they lie and say there's nothing wrong with me—

My brain— you've seen— gh... it's all wrong and out of place and I can't fix it because that's how it's always been.

-purrs appreciatively as it cuddles up to Gracia-

(the sudden non-sequiter makes her calm down and look up)

-She reaches out and pets it, staring at it with total awe-

(very slow cautious approach)

-it starts to purr more as its' petted-

-closing its' eyes a little and curling up beside Gracia-

-nice and warm, soft fur-

-nice white cat-

...

-Gently scoops it up and carries it to Purr-

I found one of your babies. You should keep them closer in case they get hungry.

(yup just gonna lie on the floor sniffling now, she deserves it)

Ehh? -blushes a little bit- ... That's not- that's not how it works, Gracia was it?... that isn't my baby... catgirls are not cats...

That- that's an actual cat...

And furthermore I don't have kids!

-warm, soft, breathing nicely in Gracia's grasp, nice and content-

-Gentle strokes-

-reaches out a claw slightly, and just pats Gracia's arm in its' little dozy nature-

-Makes an undignified little noise of joy, her earlier breakdown far from her thoughts-

-smiles a little bit- Hey- sorry about earlier... uh... my name's Purr. Purr Felinu. I think you met Kitt, right? I think Kitt mentioned you.

-napping cat-

I know Kitt. She is nice and I love her.
