Yes, there is a certain ritual that comes with a lot of things.

Some practices require substance, others just require pure faith.

I've actually observed that in places known to be sacred- it seems only the mystical powers of that culture that deems it sacred to actually work.

Do you know what I mean? Like a Sigil that one would use to keep demons of all kinds and culture out.

Like I said- Ancient Egypt in particular. Perhaps because there is a company of men back home, one could say a cult, named The Servants of Ra. They're led by a Reincarnated Pharaoh.

So naturally, you take a man from that ancient time and give him a cult of followers in this ancient mythos... and suddenly you find that some of those dusty archaeological digs seem to stop anyone who isn't Egyptian from using a mystical talent.

And I have heard rumors that these cultists can summon Anubites like a man would summon a demon.
