Is this a works page or a Useful Notes page? Currently, it looks like it's trying to be both, and the result is really klunky.

It could use more information about the most prominent rules, the point system, and the various series run by NASCAR (the Sprint Cup, the Nationwide Series, and whatever the truck series is called these days if they even have it anymore).
