Favorite game character who driven you nuts the most as a boss?

Pretty much what it says on the tin. You really like them as a character, their personality, design and all. But when you fight them, you just can't help but curse at them.

It's not exactly a bad thing though. Just feels a little strange .

The freaking Asterite. Jerk. Although it becomes much more un-jerky in the future, the fight is still very mean.

Dante.

Sho factoring Minamimoto. Both times.

And in the same game, berserk Uzuki/Kariya.

Seifer from Final Fantasy VIII. Annoying enough that he asks you to waste powerups on him in the few stages you have him, even more so when he kills Odin in the last fight against him. Why didn't kill that bastard instead of sparing him?

Zoran Lazarevic. He made a good villain, but he was bloody impossible as a boss.

Also Lloyd Reed on Chapter 24 Hector's mode. The only Fire Emblem boss I have NEVER BEATEN.

Kae. There was a period of a week or two in which I didn't think I'd ever be able to beat the game because of her. By the time I beat her, I had unlocked just about every weapon in the game.

Kirisame Marisa. Goddamn Magic Sign "Milky Way". And nonspells. And general difficulty of even her easier spellcards

The Boss before I found the way to counter her CQC.

Riku. Goddamn him and his goddamn Dark Aura attack.
