From a genera or band you hate but love the song.

Mine currently is "if she's lonaly now she won't be loanly long" it just sounds like a good hard rock song.

Why is Blue Öyster Cult a guilty pleasure?

I'm just not one for hard rock, so it is... not a guilty pleasure maybe, an odd one out is more like it.

Okay, maybe this one will cut it: out of all MCR songs, my favorite one used to be... this.

That's right. A song about vampires.

OK. So I know that Pendulum is basically the As I Lay Dying of Drum'n'Bass: they're almost universally despised by genre fans for mixing their sound with very mainstream elements and becoming incredibly popular.

I still fuckin' love this band. For awhile I refused to check out any legit Drum'n'Bass acts because I knew I would have to face the music so to speak. I recently downloaded some Goldie and Photek and, as I expected, it was completely different and pretty inaccessible as far as dance music goes. Perhaps with enough time I'd come to love it, but for now, I'm still stuck to this band.

Does Whip My Hair count? The song is stupid, repetitive, and auditory rape. But it's so stupid that I can't help but love it.

I like lots of 80's music, but I only feel guilty for saying I like Phil Collins Genesis as much as Peter Gabriel Genesis.

Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the Great

Anything by We the Kings for me. I normally dislike bands like them, but for some reason they don't bother me.

Chicken Fried - Zac Brown Band. I'm not into country, but my dad is a big fan of the band and the song fits him. I think of him everytime I hear it and I can't help but smile.

I love 'Otherworld'.

I normally don't like harsh vocals or chugging riffs, but for some reason that song is an exception.

I guess a lot of songs in the whole late-eighties pop rock, AOR category fit. Richard Marx, Foreigner, that kind of thing.

Im pretty sure that this doesnt count. But I like to alter the pitch of singers in Goldwave to make them sound feminine. And then touch myself to it.

I like Dragon Force, there, I said it!

It wouldn't be such a guilty pleasure if the band wasn't so universally hated. (Seriously people, why so much hate? They may not be the best Power Metal band there is but they're certainly talented)

Same goes for Nu Metal (Yes, I do think they're Metal, even if they aren't as epic as Power Metal or Thrash Metal or other subgenres...).

I kinda like Dragon Force too. They only really ever wrote one song, but at least it's a pretty good one.
