Is there any gear that could make a Sunwuko's/Lashing Tail Kick Monk viable past Torment 8? I am having trouble getting enough DPS to kill stuff fast enough past that point. I'm already using the weapon that gives you up to 10 Sweeping Wind stacks and the belt that regenerates them, plus I've cubed the power that gives you x4 LTK damage.

Not using Incense Torch as your weapon?

Something to do with Wave of light. Unless you don't use Wave in your build?

No, I use Lashing Tail Kick. Could reformat the build for Wave of Light, see if it makes a difference, I suppose.

Oh, true. Not sure why I was thinking you'd have two spenders.

No clue about LTK then, sorry. sad

I got my sixth piece of Unhallowed last night (and 5 of 6 pieces are ancient - though at least one of them is terribly-rolled). Combined with the ancient Yang's I have, I went from T8 to TX!

Just need F&R to push another few greater rift levels...

I started playing as the Crusader. He's pretty cool. :)

It was just the first six levels, but to me at least, the Crusader is a tad more optimistic than the Barbarian.

I was not satisfied with my early runs as Crusader, mainly because of the difficulty of getting good gear when you're starting from scratch. I'll probably run one next Season so I can get their free set.

[up][up]

well of course theyre more optimistic.

The male and female crusaders are part of an order that basically devotes themselves to an endless quest for a noble task, whether or not they ever succeed.

The barbarian is one of a dying line of tribes who had the entire heart of their culture ripped out of their chests at the end of diablo 2.

Yeah, that's true, thus the Barbarian's hard and aloof demeanor.

Who would you say has more of one, though: the Barbarian or the Demon Hunter?

The Demon Hunter. Barbarians still have each other (however few there are left). Each Demon Hunter is the absolute last of their family and village from a young age, and thus would have developed a deeper and more volatile temperament (hence their Hatred).

The Barbarian recently developed his aloofness, whereas the Demon Hunter has had it for at least years.

These two may literally be more bark than bite, but they are no less tenacious than everyone else.

Patch 2.4.1 notes. A lot of sets are getting buffed, along with some items that coordinate with them. Taeguk is getting a rework to make it only applicable to channeled skills; other legendary gems are being buffed to compensate. Lots of tweaks that look welcome.

Riddle me this: There is no way to get Tasker & Theo, Mask of Jeram, 6-pc Helltooth, and 4-pc Zunimassa's on the same toon at the same time, right? 'Cuz I can't figure one out.

Also, I tried out an Electrocute mage using Legacy of Nightmares. Took a bit of tweaking but it's not bad. I'd like to find something that's worth using as a spender. Link.

Not without the Cube, I think.

I mean with the Cube. The two Legendary powers are on gloves and helm, and those slots are both taken by the 8 total pieces you need to get all of the set bonuses. Only way to make it work would be to give up, say, 4-pc Zuni.

...Yeah, it doesn't look like it's feasible.

  • Helm: Jeram or Zuni / Helltooth
  • Gloves: Tasker or Zuni / Helltooth
  • Chest: Zuni / Helltooth
  • Pants: Zuni / Helltooth
  • Boots: Zuni / Helltooth
  • Off-hand: Zuni
  • Ring: Zuni
  • Shoulders: Helltooth
  • Cube: Jeram or Tasker

Before I stopped I just dropped the Zuni and went for Belt of Transcendence + Jeram's Bracers + 6-pc Helltooth + F/R.
