If you have a hankering for more Mahjong by the same mangaka, Ten is the series that Akagi is a prequel to. It's more of an ensemble cast thing than just pure Akagi, but Akagi still features somewhat centrally. It's been entirely scanlated and is 18 volumes long.

This series is pretty fucking insane.
I've watched the anime, and I wanted to read the manga to see what happens after, but I can't find any of the chapters past 110.
