Eowyn: -Sees the other two Riolu- Oh! You're like me!

Amp: You guys seem strong!

Well, all done! It looks like you're an Eevee!

Forte: Well, duh! I could've told you that!

There's just one problem: Only girls can be Eevee. But don't worry, we can fix that in a jiffy!

Forte: Wait, what?!

-a silvery shape streaks through the sky, dashing toward the ground-

-a few moments later, a female Eevee falls out of a portal-

Forte: <Ow...>

-followed by half a dozen Eeveelutions-

Forte: <Ack!>

Icicle: <Aww, there's no snow here?>

Shadow: <We appear to be in a temperate climate.>

Electro: <Oh, oh! Is there stuff to zap here?>

Marine: <Maybe.> -yawn-

Forte: <Can you guys get off?>

PMD-A, nearby

-a male Vanillite falls out of a portal, followed by a collection of Ice-type mons-

Pianis: <Forte? Where'd you go?>

Icecap: <Don't worry about him, darling. I'm sure he's fine.>

Pianis: <I certainly hope so.>

Lake glances over at a Noctowl, tilting his head at him.

Lake: <Huh?>

He glances downwards at his yellow scarf warpped around his neck, running a hand along it.

<Well...I wear it because it looks nice, and it keeps me warm. I am cold blooded, you know.>

He then turns his attention back to Umbra.

<The balance of the universe? Yeah...that sounds important alright.>

Katie: <That must be Forte!> -toddles over-

-smiles as DSpeon arrives-

Male Riolu: <Thank you. My name is Krom. This is Liz, Frederick, and Viole.>

Liz: <Hello!>

Frederick: -nods sagely-

Viole: <Charmed.>

Krom: <What are your names?>

In front of a cave

Doc: You know, this place reminds me a lot of the space tunnels back in that other universe.

Thresher: I'd rather not be reminded of...that place.

Limna: Me either...

Crochet: Well? What are we waiting for? That shard's not going to collect itself.

-The team then enters the cave-

Desolate Abyss, after the Orb was broken

-blip!-

-Claydol teleports in, shaking visibly. Van Kleiss, sitting on his throne, looks down at his eagerly. His eyes flick back and forth as he searches for the orb, and when he realizes it isn't there, his eyes harden-

Van Kleiss: Where is the Orb?

Claydol: M-my Lord... there were guards... they surprised me—

Van Kleiss: -abruptly rises from his throne- 'Where is the Orb?

Claydol: -quivering- I-it's broken.

Van Kleiss: WHAT?!

Claydol: Th-they attacked me!

Van Kleiss: -swoops down and grabs Claydol around the throat with one tentacle and heaves him into the air until he's at eye level- I warned you what would happen if you failed me!

Claydol: B-but—

Van Kleiss: Now you pay the price of your incompetence!

-more of the Carnivine's tentacles shoot out and plunge themselves into Claydol's body. Claydol gasps as Van Kleiss begins using Ingrain, sucking nutrients from the Psychic type's body. Claydol grows paler and seems to shrivel slightly. After a few moments, Claydol gives one last gasp and shudders, then goes still. Van Kleiss carelessly tosses his body aside and moves forward-

Van Kleiss: Biowulf, clean up the mess. And then go search for the pieces of my Orb.

Biowulf: -leaps down from above the throne- Yes, Master.

Van Kleiss: And beware. That accursed Zoroark likely knows we're looking for it know. This failure has cost us surprise. Be on guard.

Biowulf: Yes, Master.

Treasure Town, Now

-Biowulf, along with an Elektrike, Jigglypuff, Vibrava, Watchog, and Wormadam, enter town-

Biowulf: Spread out and search.

-the Pokemon do so. Biowulf himself continues along the main street-

Treasure Town

Diane: <Wait... What? Something that keeps the balance of the universe got destroyed!?>

Igneous: <Was that what that strange crystal was...>

Near Lake

Umbra: Indeed. Which is why Tagg suggested we help find the shards.

Bozaka: Oooh, sounds like fun! Wait... -pulls out her shard- Is this one?

Umbra: Oh! Yes!

Outside Treasure Town

Amp: I'm Amp!

Eowyn: And I'm Eowyn!

-a Swoobat and a Golurk are watching Forte from, well, behind a tree-

Swoobat♀: <Oh, look at that one! He's got such a gorgeous jewel right in his head! I don't think he'll mind if we take it, do you?>

Golurk: <TARGET APPEARS TO BE WELL GUARDED. I RECOMMEND IMMEDIATE DESTRUCTION.>

Swoobat♀: <Oh, you don't know how to do anything right. Just follow my lead.>

-a Purrloin and Swablu fall from the skies-

-the Purrloin lands on her feet, of course-

Fortis: <Wheee! I'm flying! I'm—> -crashes to the ground- <Oof!>

<You okay, Fortis?>

Fortis: <Yeah... Oh! I'm a bird again!>

Lake: <Wait, that's what that is?>

And here he thought it was just a pretty bit of crystal. No wonder Gorga wanted it so badly. If she even knew what it did.

<Well, that's one down, then. How many more are there?>

-my Pokemon are looking around, and arranging themselves into small groups, to facilitate writing for them exploring safely-

-nuzzles DS- <This is going to be so much fun.>

Katie: <Wait, girl? Again?>

Diane: <Well, I know I'm gonna try to help search. What about you two?>

Eskay: Count me in.

Skye: <Me too.>

Umbra: I don't know. -looks to Tagg- You know anything?

Lina: -to Eskay and co. - Glad you can help.

Outside Treasure Town

Eowyn: What's that?

Amp: I don't think we have one, but it sounds cool!

Eowyn: We have a whole bunch of friends, but we can't find them right now...

- Sparq moves over to Swindle -

Sparq: <Hey, Swindle?>

Swindle: <Yeah?>

Sparq: (hugs Swindle) <Good luck.>

Swindle: (hugs back) <Thanks.>

- Sparq runs over to Briar Rose, since DS teamed them up together, still, he hoped he would have time to spend some quality time with Swindle -

- Artemis and Mira are talking to Odette -

Artemis: <You and Tulip have fun, sweetie.>

Mira: <Do come spend some time with your mothers when you are not out exploring or something, okay?>

Odette: <Of course!>

Katie: -squeaks, and hugs Forte-

-presses close to her as we walk-

Liz: <Oh, can we, brother? Please?>

Krom: -considers, then nods- <We will help you find them. But you have to help us out, too. Agreed?> -extends a paw-

-Biowulf walks down the main road, ignoring the other Pokemon for the most part. He nearly bulldozes Hunter and Spencer, who hop out of the way just in time-

Spencer: Ah!

Hunter: Jerk... Wonder where he's in such a hurry to get to...

Krom: <Welcome to Team Iris!>

Frederick: <Lord Krom, I advise we begin making our way back to camp. That Fraxure may still be around, and I do not think she is happy.>

Outside Treasure Town

Fraxure: -wakes up- Ooog... I'm still here, you know... -collapses again-

Amp: OK, let's go!
