I just feel like I could never be happy staying in one place after being so used to going all over, not knowing whether I was going to finish an investigation by lunch or be ordering take-out from a hotel as I waited on a paranoid guy to talk to me. It's weird, I know, but I couldn't go back to a pre-force life.

I imagine it depends on the nature of the robot. An overwhelming electric shock will often disable electronics, particularly the finicky kind, but most robots would be built with at least a measure of shock-proofing. It would likely be an effective weapon, but effectiveness might well depend on careful aim.

Muninn: <I mostly paper it together with magic, if we're being honest. I imagine you could make a homunculus of some type with relevant physical structures, but that's ethically sketchy.>

He was balancing both the game and his psycho-extrapolation with surprising efficiency. The reading glasses faded from his face as he exhaled. “Know You Are Not Alone, dude. I’m also looking for some modicum of joy out of everything, but it’s been - what, 5 years? - since I’ve had joy I’ve felt without trying.

“Either way, you want to go around and do things? I’m actually going to do all the Pokémon Leagues, planning on finishing up Alola soon. You want to come with or no?” He offered, only now noticing he had a life claimed.

Lou: You know what? Sure. Not like I have anything better to do than have some adventures with a guy I met a few minutes ago who can use weird powers.

-Deziree ever... so... carefully... moves the soldering iron to the circuit board...-

-And she promptly jumps out of her skin. She looks down at her magnets and her brow would furrow were it not made out of metal at the moment. She peaks around the corner when the sound of her two assistants yelling starts up.-

Twitch: I told you to watch where you were going!

Vinegar: And I told you to make sure everything was out of my way!

Twitch: It WAS! You had a whole two feet of extra space!

Vinegar: Was not! You left the rod out far enough to jab me in the ass!

-Galvani rolls her eyes before she grabs a nearby flashbang grenade and tosses it at the two before going back around the corner.-

-Up in the sky is a slowly descending figure in a hat and a long frock coat. A cane and bag his left hand and his right arm arm held aloft, holding on to the tail end of a green and yellow kite.-

As soon as both feet are on the pavement; in one, smooth, continuous movement; Ren releases the kite (which flys away in the wind), moves his bag to his right hand, and briskly walking over to the others as if nothing odd just happened.-

Ren: Sorry we're late. What did we miss?

Umbra: Heh, typical, Ren.

Human!Ammy: Walt got you here on time, don't worry.

Marina: <We're interviewing Basil of Baker Street! Or mabye he's interviewing us... I dunno.>

-The Carnivibid is shot in the mouth again, distracting it long enough for boxes to be pushed twoard it-
