Lenore: ^Oh! Would you like to meet my new Pokemon!^

Amber has since recalled all her Pokemon (sans Cupid) and is making her way to the hotel for the night.

Hotel, Every/Morendo Room

-everyone is asleep-

Hotel, Onion's Room

-Marmalade is petting Xakk, whether he's asleep or awake-

-Margaret is the first to wake, and explores the campsite for a bit, staying within a few feet of the sleeping Crewe and Biton. After a few minutes, she goes over to Crewe and squirts some water in her face-

Mnmnmnmm... -rolls over-

-Margaret swims over to her face again and squirts her-

-Crewe opens her eyes a bit-

Margaret? What are you doing?

Margaret: <It's morning! Wake up!> -squirts her face again-

Gah! Okay, okay, I'm up!

-Crewe wipes her face and sits up, petting the Horsea-

Are you hungry?

Margaret: <Yep! I need breakfast. It's the most important meal of the day!>

Sure, sure. Uh...

-Crewe pulls out a (somewhat squashed) pair of Rawst berries from her pocket-

I need to go hunting. Here, why don't you have these, and we'll go get some more from the berry patch.

Margaret: -sniffs them- <... They're all mushed.>

They've been in my pocket all night, that's why. We'll go find some fresh ones.

Margaret: <Okay! Are we gonna explore?>

Yeah, sure thing.

-pats her head again, then checks on the other egg before heading off into the woods-

-Salamence feels like something adorable is happening, and goes to look. She finds Crewe and Margaret, but decides not to bother them. Margaret's just a baby, and Crewe's already had plenty of problems with the fourth wall-

-the pair wander through the woods for a while, Margaret darting off course every few seconds to investigate something new. Crewe stays close to her, not knowing anything about her capabilities, and pretty sure she can't take care of herself as a baby-

-after a short walk, they come upon a Pidgey nest, where a few chicks are playing around in the nest. Margaret watches them for a while, enthralled, when a Persian appears on the branch, apparently having climbed the tree from the other side. She stalks towards the nest, the Pidgey chicks for the most part unaware of the approaching danger-

Margaret: <What's that Pokemon doing?>

... Margaret, c'mon, let's go.

Margaret: <But what's going on?>

Margaret—

-one the chicks notices the Persian and lets out a shrill alarm call-

Margaret: <They're scared! That Pokemon's being a meanie!>

Margaret, please—

Margaret: <PLAY NICE, MEANIE!>

-a giant, erratic green and purple laser fires from Margaret's snout, knocking the Persian out of the tree... as well as a few branches, when Margaret can't control the Dragon Pulse and is flung backwards, the attack waving around wildly before dying out-

Margaret: <Eh... Meanie... @_@.>

... Margaret?

Margaret: <My head hurts... Can we get berries now?>

Sure thing, sweetie.

-picks up the dazed Horsea and continues along towards the berry patch, glancing back to where a very confused Persian is slinking off back into the woods and a Pidgeotto arrives back at the nest-

Salamence: <....Wow.>

-now that Margaret is too wiped out by the Dragon Pulse to explore much, the two reach the berry patch very soon. Crewe sets the Horsea down beside the bush and plucks a few berries. Margarets noms them hungrily, then snuggles up to her Trainer-

Margaret: <Fighting is tough.>

-pets her-

It'll get easier when you get bigger and stronger. But you don't have to fight if you don't want to.

Margaret: <But if I didn't fight that meanie, it woulda scared the babies!>

-Crewe considers explaining the concept of hunting and the circle of the life, then decides she's too young-

That's very sweet, Mags.

-pets her again-

Are you full?

Margaret: -yawns- <Mmmhmmm...>

Let's head back to Biton, then.

Margaret: <M'kay.>

-Crewe picks up the sleepy Horsea and carries her back, Margaret snuggling into her arms-

Psyche sighs. ~Yeah, I know... I just get kinda... suspicious at times. I'm sorry...~

- Wakes up -

-also wakes up-

Oh, good morning, Wolf!

-smiles-

-Crewe wanders off with Margaret to go find someone to talk to-

Eskay:' I know... These past four or whatever months can't have replaced those eight years you haven't been able to trust anyone... But we'll all try to fix that. I promise you.

Fuchsia City - Today

They all fell asleep in the Pokémon Center

So... What should we do today?

Hmm... We could try to train the hatchlings a bit more, before we go to help Straw. If you don't want to deal with Wilds, I'm sure some of my younger Pokemon would gladly help out. They could probably use some training themselves.

Hmm... -spots a big tree with some nice shade nearby- How about under that tree?

-Crewe is still wandering around, when a thought strikes her-

Margaret: <I want something pretty!>

Wait, how am I supposed to get a Pokeball?

Hold on a bit Mags, we'll get you a ball in a bit.

-Crewe goes off to find someone who might be willing to part with a Pokeball-

Hmm... That probably works. Let's just hope Sunburst doesn't try to burn it.

Yeah...

I'll keep Kensei on hand, just in case.

-noticing DS and Wolf, Crewe brings Margaret over to them-

-spots Crewe, and waves- Oh, hey! We were just about to do some training.
