Ammy: Oh! OK... -places it warily in the chest-
Darter: And finally... this thing! -pulls out a strange, hoop-shaped object-
Ammy: Oh? What is it?
Darter: We don't know. All we could figure out is that it's rather pretty. Hopefully you can find a use for it.
-Ammy places the object in her treasure chest-
Darter: That's all. You ready to go?
Krookodile Guard: -enters- Princess? Some prisoners want to see you and that Banette.

It didn't really make sense for an Ampharos to be scared of the dark, considering that they were living light sources. That said, Woolly didn't really want to spend the night outside alone.
Why hadn't she gone back home with Yarn and the flock? The more she thought about it, the more this idea seemed totally crazy. Urgh, stupid Woolly. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
Anyway, perhaps it would be best if she took refuge in the house for tonight. There was no reason why she couldn't head back to Route 32 in the morning afterwards.

He wasn't sure if he wanted another Pokémon rummaging through his memory. He had a few things in his head that he didn't want any others finding out about. Like that time when he was a Totodile that he had chewed on Luke's favorite Pokédoll....
