Already very weakened, Foreign!Mence flies past Rayquaza as the Legendary avoid the attack, and can not avoid being grabbed by his tail. He grumbles, desperately tries to pull, not to much effect, so then he tries casting a Leer.

Vyvyan prepares to take off the armband

Jet: Ah, Archie. You're just in time for Maxie to surrender the airship to me and my colleagues here.

Archie: Surrender? -looks around at the KO'd mons Ozone members- What is the meaning of this?!

Maxie: They're trying to take over the airship!

Archie: WHAT!? Why are you doing this?

Jet: We need that Rayquaza that was cloned.

Archie: But that thing won't even listen to you! We need to get rid of it!

Vyvyan takes off the Armband and turns back into a Rayquaza, he then gestures for Sierra to hop on his back.

Ozone Airship

One of the Ozone mechanics that was checking the instruments in the corridors near the bridge listens to the situation, adjusts his mask and gear and walks off slowly, heading to one of the outside corridors.

Crewe tilts her head and turns to look at him, then startles.

<Ah! He's probably calling people to kick us out! Or else there's some other type of security breach thing.>

Airbase

-somehow hears this, and pilots Fade over-

Oh, cool. Should we get backup first?

Space Center

Jab: <Eep!> -slices open a chair and hides in it-

Airbase

Xakk: -answers by dragon-pulsing the hatch repeatedly-

Oh, done with stealth and reasonability, are we?

Mossdeep Beach

Ichtacya walks in and sits to watch the spectacle of... well... what apparently is an Absol and a Sandile stuck together?

Ichtacya -tilts head as she feels a bad vibe: <...Spar? Wh-what are you two doing?>

- Sierra climbs onto Rayquaza!Vyvyan's back, holding onto him tightly -

Crewe peers in at him.

<Jab, I don't think causing property damage will help much...>

Several security guards with Growlithes, Houndours, Manectric, and Herdiers.

With his prey now firmly in his grasp, the emerald dragon begins to fly in a large loop, slowly at first, but then a bit faster...and faster...and faster until the dragon is moving so fast that he nearly becomes a blur, making Stratus feel dizzy just watching him.

Stratus: Clutches his stomach. <I knew I shouldn't have eaten that Corpish earlier...>

As he tries to keep his lunch down, Stratus watches as Rayquaza reaches the apex of his loop, then loosens the grip on his tail and tosses the Salamence up into the air, the momentum gained from the spinning sending flying incredibly far.

But he's not done yet. Rayquaza quickly zooms a fair distance away, keeping an eye on the Salamence as he flies up, then begins to fall towards him.

Rayquaza: <Wait for it...>

Airbase

-follows every, Xakk is too large to fit-

Xakk: <Oh, so I help you get this far, but I can't go with you?>

That's right. -closes hatch in his face-

Good to see we're in agreement here then. Forecaster!

Forecaster: -Uses Flash to blind the Cofagrigus so that we don't get Mean Looked-

Now we run!

-Proceeds to recall my slower mons and does exactly that-

Urn!Cofagrigus: -Blinded- <Darn it, we should've done the Mean Look beforehand...>

Space Center

Jab: <...Dogs? Really?> -climbs out of the chair and starts making his way towards the window-

Latias: <Let's go!> -darts into the air, speeding away from Vyvyan and Sierra, dipping above the cloudline, before coming back down, disguised as a Rayquaza-

Anja: <Oh, I thought you were just one of those persecutors who would try to rip my throat out because I broke the vow. That's how I got this pipsqueak on my back>

Anja starts sharpening her head-sythe.
