<Teala(?): "Huh? What makes you say that?">

<Simo: "I do sense a few others' presence he-">

-And are approached by a Masquerain, a Nidorina, and a Shuppet-

<Masquerain: "... What are you doing here?">

<Nidorina: "Yeah, if you're looking for the Resistance, we kinda left this place months ago.">

<Shuppet: "Except us, we have to worry about disoriented folk like you...">

-Adopting a quizzical expression-

<Nimbus: "Wait... A Resistance? But why would there be a- Oh no...">

<Teala(?): "... Is this a universe where we... ... Failed?>

<Golurk: "... Have you been fighting against a bunch of mons in league with some humans in strange garb?">

<Nidorina: "Humans in strange garb? No. We were fighting against mons and humans in league with a Scolipede and a Lieperd up until a few months ago...">

-Under his breath-

<Serperior: "I stand by my assertion that those mons and humans were high!">

<Dreyer: "Wait, so does that mean that you were lead to victory by a gallant Vanilluxe?">

<Masquerain: "Er... Actually we were lead by a Krookodile...">

- While Vyvyan is presumably trying to pick out a good spot to make a secret base or something, Sierra is exploring a bit on her own, looking for wild Pokémon -

Sierra: Apparently, Vulpix can be found here... If I find one, should I catch it?

Minun: (shrugs) <It's up to you.>

Mawile: <As long as the hypothetical Vulpix doesn't take away too much of my attention, I'm fine with it!>

- Eevee and Plusle can be seen working on some sort of contraption in the background, while Solrock hovers nearby, not trying to stop them since Sierra hasn't told it to do so -

Harriet and Copahue are hidden on a tree, having a small argument, while keeping an eye on their adoptive daughter below. Shahinne is wandering around the street, trying to make friends with some Rattata. They tell her stories about a silly Purrloin who noms Hoothoots.

Somewhere Else

Maekrite returns to Silent's room and tries to get into the backpack to get food from there. He proceeds to open the backpack first...

Ekans: <*hiss* *hiss*!> — rattles tail.

Maekrite: <O_o W-What are you doing there?>

The Ekans uncoils and proceeds to bite Maekrite's paw, forcing him to release the backpack. Then the Pokémon returns and somehow closes the backpack from the inside.

Maekrite: <...This is getting silly...>

Meh, doublepost. Slow day is slow

Silent is training his mons outside. Algira is trying to spray some Stun Spore on Dintel, but the Sandshrew digs himself underground.

   Jemma    -paces around: <So you will let me name the little Ekans, nya~>

"I'm not sure Jemma, I was planning to let... hey! Dintel! Poison Sting now!" Turns back to the Skitty. "I was thinking that perhaps someone in my family can name him..."

   Jemma   : <   That wasn't a request! OBEY!    nya~>

Algira flies out of the way of Dintel's attack, then swirls around and releases an Icy Wind. Dintel rushes in the overall direction Lileep, Maekrite and the yet unnamed Ekans are waiting and observing.

Maekrite: <...I'm hungry.>

Lileep: <Me too...> — waves tentacles in the general direction of the sea.

Ekans: <*hiss* *hiss*> — opens mouth big.

-I arrive at the entrance to Mt. Pyre, and begin to Surf to the entrance-

-walks into the Safari zone and places a pink poffin in the pokeblock container-

I need to make proper pokeblocks one of these days...

-Hides in a bush-

-I arrive at the entrance and head into Mt Pyre-

Aurora:<It's been a while since we've been here.>

Crescent:<Yeah.

- Checks my Poketch, noting that Marionette still hasn't returned yet -

- Marionette is still talking with some Shuppet -

- On another part of the area, Sierra is still trying to find a Vulpix -

Sierra: Solrock, are you sure there's any Vulpix here?

Solrock: <Yes, there is definetly Vulpix here somewhere.>

"...Come on, Dintel. Try to pull him harder."

Dintel is grumbling as he tries to pull Lileep off a spot on the ground. Of course, Lileep's pod strongly sticking him to the ground, that's not exactly feasible for the Sandshrew.

Dintel: <Rrrrrrrrrgh! This is not working!> — tries to pull Lileep's head.

Lileep: <...Hey!>

Suddenly Lileep twitches and Astonishes the Sandshrew. Dintel staggers and steps back, grunts and then returns a Brick Break on Lileep's head cup.

"...Hey! Guys! Stop it!"

Lileep: <...Stupid land-dweller...> — Seed Bombs Dintel.

Dintel: <Eeeep~ ...Mean plant!> — Mud Slaps Lileep.

"...Stop! Guys stop!"

At a short distance, Maekrite and Ekans are looking. The Nidorino's stomach grumbles, prompting Ekans to rattle its tail at him, as if to remember him teammates are not food.

Maekrite: <...This is getting on my nerves.>

Petalburg City

(49 is walking through Petalburg City, while staring at the Town Map)

49: Right now, I am in Petalburg, so I should go to Rustboro City, next. (Notices a Pokemon Gym, right in front of him) Wait... there's a gym in Petalburg City... cool. (Walks over to the gym, however, he sees a sign that says "Sorry! The Gym is closed due to personal reasons.") Dammit. I'll have to come, again, next time.

(Meanwhile, it is shown that Sandshrew has been following 49 all this time, making her the third pokemon to do so. When she sees 49 staring at the gym, she immediately walks towards him.

Sandshrew: Hello...

49: (Looks down at the Shiny Sandshrew) Oh, hey, it's the shiny Sandshrew from earlier.

Sandshrew: Yeah, I just want to thank you from getting me away from those mean guys.

49: No problem.

Sandshrew: You know I should do you a favor for this... how about a battle?

49: That sounds cool.

Sandshrew: Let's do it.

49: OK, then... (Releases Ember from his pokeball) let the battle begin!

Mt Pyre

Vyvyan has let Lady Luck out of her Pokeball as they enter the Mt Pyre grass.

Lady Luck: <It's so good to be home~>

Vyvyan seems to be slightly nervous.

Vyvyan: G-Ghosts appear here for often than Vulpix do. I would w-watch out for them. Espcially the Shuppet line, they take energy from your e-emotions.
