Minty's team had returned a short while ago, Rex overjoyed to see that they had collected so many berries. Perhaps this would work after all. At the very least, Mezzo would get some food in her system since she couldn't exactly eat the way she was now...

Taking a small break to feed (and get acquainted with) Dash, Rex let his mons hang around for the moment. Minty and Aqua approached Sulfur curiously while Rascal and Ohm came over to Rex's side. Spathi had decided to take a nap, snoozing peacefully in the middle of the floor.

I don't think so. I believe the insomnia is an Ability-level curse...

Oh...I GOT IT! If its a ability lets use a pokemon that has that ability swapping move. It might swap insomnia for something else.

Solosis mons aren't the only mons that can learn Skill Swap.
