- Having gotten my second badge, I am now getting ready to leave for Slateport -

Yeah. I've been coming up with badge designs for when I become a Gym Leader. Which do you think is better, this one or this one?

Well, I beat the Dewford Gym. That's about it though.

Ugh, that stupid gym. I got so mad that they're a Fighting gym and they train in darkness. Really, Hoenn? Are you trying to troll me? So anyway, after I lost the fight there, this guy showed up. He looked kinda like that Parisse guy, but he said he was a Dark user too so we decided to fight and then...

-Mezzo continues explaining what she's been doing to Every-

...So then while I was still going over designs, Sunny runs up and says there's a convention for our fans or something going on in Slateport, so I figure maybe I'll just skip this gym for now and see what that's all about. Sunny really wants to go, anyway.

-Fool is currently versing Brawly. Poseidon vs Meditite-

...Oh. Okay.

Sierra: Yeah. (smiles) Thanks for your help, Vyvyan. I really appreciate it.

Mawile: (picks out a Premier ball) <Hmm... I guess this'll do for now.> (catches herself in it)

-Vyvyam puts his hoodie back on and shuffles a bit-

Vyvyan: Well... We're here for an expansion project... but that's being postponed for a while...

Would you mind a stroll on the beach? Maybe I could shoow you some of my other Pokemon.

Pummelo Stadium

After recalling Algira and letting the battle pause for an entire day due to some random very important event, but not important enough to be told in the adventures of We Are All Pokemon Trainers (probably an oenology convention), Silent sends out [Copahue the Fearow♂] holding a Salac Berry.

Copahue -coos after seeing Gengar — <Err... what am I supposed to do?>

"Go after him, he's pretty weakened. Fly around and begin with a Peck."

Dream World

Algira flutters around when she notices Helios.

Algira — <Helios!!!:3> — smooches him and hovers around — <Why-why are you here? Are you here? I mean... in the Stadium?>

Pummelo Stadium

Drake looked at the Fearow curiously, noting the odd assortment of Pokemon his challenger seemed to have.

Drake: Not your standard battle team by any means... No matter. Gengar, Thunderbolt!

Gengar: <Kekek-URK!>

Gengar tried to charge up power in his palms, but the Stun Spore Algira spread earlier had begun to take its toll, freezing it in place.

Copahue notices the Thunderbolt that wasn't, and thanks his luck for once; flying close to the rocks, he Pecks Gengar's arm just passing through, and then goes fly up to look for a secure path between the rocks.

- Overhears some people talking about "Quirky Krookodile" being the newest trend while presumably waiting for Wolf to get ready or something, since I still don't have a surfer or flyer on me at the moment -

Granite Cave

Sierra: Hmm... () Ooh, how about we head over to Slateport? I hear there's a pretty big beach there, and a lot of other neat stuff too!

Eevee: (yawns and recalls himself)

Pummelo Stadium

Gengar shuddered from the Peck, glowering at Copahue menacingly. He began to charge a Thunderbolt again, casting ominous shadows over his face.

Gengar: <Rrr...ugh...>

Then surprisingly, the Gengar wobbled and keels over, falling flat on his face.

Gengar: <Darn it...>

Drake: ...Hmm...that Masquerain must've done more damage than I thought. Return, Gengar.

Drake recalled Gengar, nodding to Silent.

Drake: That's three of mine down. The field will now change to water.

As he spoke, gears began to whir under the stadium, the center of the ring separating. Fortunately, the estuary and movement mechanism was not injured by Drake's Onix earlier in the battle, a crystal clear pond of water in the shape of a Pokeball appearing in the center of the field. A few bits of rock jutted up from it, offering a space for any Pokemon unable to swim or needing to roost.

Drake: Hmmm...who to send next?

Parisse had gone ahead to Slateport, he was in the market, picking out some stuff. "Well I'll just take care of Depthcharge for a bit before we give him to Kyogre." He said to himself.
