Algira flutters around Shadow, Icicle, asking for permission to rest on any of their heads.

"Yeah... I hope that she can get a Gym authorization from somewhere, although as things are going it'll have to be in a noncanon region or something..."

Smiles at Forte's comments.

"Awww but Purrloin are so cute! :3"

Polly's Illumise: <Aw, there's no need to rush. The crazy stuff's mostly over for now.> -prods Polly to leave-

-leaves- Dangit, I forgot how he likes his coffee...

-a few picketers notice Tagg, though none recognize him; one walks over to speak with him-

Magma Grunt: Hey! These... sailors... here are trying to trash a big chunk of the woods, and drive out all the mons living in it, just so their fish can have a bigger tank. You gonna help us tell them no?

Forte: Before she was a trainer, she had this pet Purrloin of hers who hated everyone else. He wouldn't let anyone but her pet him. But she always thought he was just such a darling little kitty.

...Actually, I think she still has him...

Icicle: <Oh, I'll never forget him.>

I don't want to help either of you bastards, but I can't exactly let Team Aqua get away with this.

-Looks directly at the Aquas up ahead-

Time Shenanigans

Copahue is flying Silent silently over the island, while the researcher takes glances to the east.

Copahue -looks down — <Oh, this place is really beautiful when you actually can take the time to look at it more closely...>

"Agree... now I remember that you and Spathi pretty much did not take land during their running point with Kim, right?"

Copahue looks back for a moment and nods.

After a while, Silent decides to turn off his Pokégear to avoid possible time-travel related confusions. Copahue mumbles something and thinks for a good while before finally speaking his mind.

Copahue — <...Did you say your Pokémon is banned from this island? Wouldn't this cause us problems today?> — coos — <...Or yesterday? Or whatever?>

"I don't think so, we can touch ground just fine so long as Maekrite doesn't... stay behind Fool and Kaepora but on a lower level, please?"

Copahue — <...Oh? Any problem?>

"None at all. Just wanting to enjoy the landscape for a final time."

Copahue obligues and descends, separating us a bit from Tangent and Fool while following Kaepora's path.

Tangelo Pokécenter

Algira snaps back to reality for a second.

Algira — <Oh, five to five that's Felis.>

"I guess we all think too well of certain Pokémon... well, so long as Mezzo's wallet remained in her pocket..."

-the Aqua grunts notice the scary red text; the leader comes over, trembling-

Aqua Foreman: L-look, I don't know w-who you are, but...

*raises a stack of papers, dropping half of them*

these deeds and p-p-permits are clear. O-our aqua-preserve

*seems to suddenly gain a good level of confidence at the thought*

Parisse let out Slayride and Soundwave. "Rally your people.. We'll settle this." Slayride rallied the local Slakoth line residence and Soundwave got his clan looking through the forest together.

-Carl spots Fool and Michelle-

-Carl marches over-

-Michelle grabs Carl by the tail with her own tail-

Michelle: <And here the Pipsqueak goes again, ranting about the importance of the ranking system.>

I never though I would run into this guy again...

Michelle: <Answer for? Isn't it plainly obvious what we did not that many months ago?>

Icicle: <Felis. That's his name. I do hope he isn't tormenting Sunny right now...>

Shadow: <Actually, the two of them get along fairly well.>

Forte: Yeah, he stole stuff, but it was always easy to find it again. Anyway, it's late and I should probably find a place to sleep. Good night. -walks off-

Carl: -Struggling- <YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN, YOU CAN'T JUST BLOODY KILL SOMEONE AND NOT FACE THE CONSEQUENCES!>

-Just stares directly into the foreman's eyes-

   Well, since I am a several times over Champion, I'd think you'd better pay attention to what I and these protestors have to say about the mass disruption of Pokemon habitats for the sake of your little aquatic obsession don't you think?   

-Goes back to normal-

Otherwise I think there will be problems. Namely of the kind called bad publicity.

Tangelo Island: Beach

Rex: It sure does seem like I end up on a lot of beaches lately.

Rascal: <So it would seem.>

True to form, Rex and his team are indeed sitting on a beach. Rascal is curled up in his lap, Ichtacya laying at Rex's side and making the occasional idle chatter as she rests up from her recent injuries. In front of her is a jar of honey, which she has been picking at for a while.

Ichtacya: <Funny tasting...> *licks the jar again, wishing she had some water*

Shahinne, meanwhile, is showing off her Double Team to Gaea.

Shahinnes: *scatter around the beach, doing various things*

Shahinne 1: *pecks at a Krabby*

Shahinne 2: *flies around a patch of grass*

Shahinne 3: *rests in a tree*

Shahinne 4: *admires her reflection in the ocean*

Naga: *peeks up from the water, watching the fourth Shahinne* <Hi, little bird~>

Gaea: <...Oh dear...> *goes to look for her, checking the one near the Krabby first*

Real Shahinne: *is picking at something in the sand behind where Gaea was* <♪>

Masque, of course, is simply sitting off to the side, wondering when he will get a chance to speak to Rex alone.

Rustboro City: Pokemon Center - Guest Bedroom A

May: *is sleeping for the night in preparation for the ship ride in the morning*

Rustboro City: Pokemon Center - Guest Bedroom B

Felix: *calls his dad up on the Poke Nav, getting his voicemail* Hey, dad; it's me. I got a Poke Nav, so I decided to call you and let you know I was doing well. Most of the Pokemon seem to be warming up to me, so I think things are going well. I met this girl doing Gym Challenges and she's showing me around. Tomorrow, we're going to Dewford. I'll call you tomorrow to give you an update. Later. *hangs up and gets in bed*

Rex's Pokemon: *most are sleeping; Anya is still meditating and Mantisk has seen fit to "guard" the room*

Professor Elm's Laboratory: Rex's Farm

Spathi: *has returned several days ago; is resting peacefully for the night*

Michelle: <So what? Isn't permanent banishment good enough for you? And besides, who made you leader? If I recall correctly, you were a mid ranker and most certainly lower than us >:P>

As Tagg said that a bunch of angry looking Vigaroth stood behind him as if to back him up, followed by some Whismur too. "Yeah I suggest you don't anger the wildlife team aqua." Parisse said with a grin, walking in.

Tangelo Pokécenter

"Oh, bye, Forte... and good luck with your Gym Challenge."

Algira flutters around and softly pecks Shadow and Icicle.

Algira — <...Oooof! it's cold!>

After Forte goes away, Silent takes a walk around, returns to the Pokécenter for a final check to his mons. Leaves a message for Rex to let him know that plans to wake up late tomorrow, and then returns to the Lounge to sleep.

Algira goes to sleep on top of a lamp.

*backs away a bit, before getting a thought*

Wha- Hang on! What about these Magma barbarians?! They're choking out the few Corsola reefs with their Pacifidlog rafts, and you complain about a corner of forest? There are forests to spare all over the island! Would you even raise an eyebrow if we were just logging?!

*seeing the Vigaroth, his nervousness reasserts itself; he speaks to the crew*

Look, let's come back tomorrow... We'll win in the end. The people are coming around to the plight of the seas.

*the Aqua members depart, with Magma grunts booing after them, a few tossing sticks and pebbles*
