Mandarin South

-Maekrite has finished drinking, and he decides it is a good time to try and heal from his wounds. Sitting near a thicket, he focuses to make his golden marks glow as he absorbs some sunlight. However, after reminding himself of the image in the water "mirror", he aborts the healing process-

Maekrite — <Perhaps I should be going back already...>

-Suddenly he hears something, and lends an ear to inspect his surroundings. He notices something approaching, but before he can react he is hit by a strong Steel-typed attack and sent rolling on the ground-

Maekrite — <~Uggh....!>

???? — <You there! You are a Delta, right?>

-Maekrite tries to stand up, noticing another cut on his face-

-A figure appears and fires an Energy Ball at Maekrite. The Nidorino dashes to the side to avoid it, not realizing that the attack will hit the water of the fountain causing a splash. In the distraction, the figure dashes in and Swords Dances an X-Scissor on Maekrite, lifting him off the ground and tossing him a short distance-

Maekrite — <...Argh! I can assure you I'm not a Delta! I'm NOT in the mood for this!>

-Maekrite notices the figure in front of him and instinctively shoots a Sludge Bomb-
