Test: Subject was placed inside conventional fossil Pocket Monster reviver.

Result: Subject expanded in mass and took the form of "Rayquaza" as described in legend. No life signs detected. Subject destabilized three (3) seconds after formation.

Oh my... Were they trying to recreate Legendary Pokemon? The technology back in the 18—'s wasn't exactly optimal for this kind of experimentation. Perhaps this was where Fossil Revival became a legit Science?

This was probably the birthing pains for the science.

This makes such great fluff for the Fanon Pokedex.
