Kensei: -sidehugs Sunny- <I would like that.>

Silvermist: <... DS, maybe you should change clothes when you get there, as the purple shirt and the dark blue jeans you are wearing might be a little too warm?>

... I guess.

Ribbons: <Ooh! What will you wear? The pink t-shirt and the light blue knee-length jeans? The light purple t-shirt and those black knee-length shorts? That cute pink sundress with the white tights underneath?>

Silvermist: <Oh! And maybe you should put on one of your bikinis underneath, too.>

- Sweatdrops -

Um... Let's wait until we arrive at wherever we're going before we discuss my outfit, huh?

Tulip: (looks over at Anom curiously) <... What's a Tentacool, yes?>

It's a Pokemon that lives in the ocean. It's blue, rather heavy for its size, and has two tentacles it can sting you with.

-I look around cautiously, knowing how unsafe what I'm about to do is, and lean downward far over the rail-

Sunny: <What's your team like, anyway? I don't think I've really met any of them.>

-The boat shakes, and I nearly lose my grip-

Aah!

-I quickly pull myself up-

Huh. I had this foreboding feeling I was going to fall in the water... Hmm.

-A gray tentacle reaches out of the ocean, wraps around my neck, and pulls me off and underwater almost silently-

Guardé: <OH! A foul beast just snatched that man with the beard right of this boat!> -To Chord.- <Quick, you have to release me at once! There is a monster to slay!>

Chord: -Doesn't even look at Guardé.- <Yeah, sure there is...>

Tulip: <EEK!> (trips, before managing to quickly move over and hide behind my leg)

...? Tulip, what's wro-

- Looks around -

... Where did Anom go?

Tulip: <T-there was thing, yes! And... and...>

Whoa! Calm down, Tulip!

-Notices the spot where Anom once was is now a patch of air-

Huh, I wonder where Anom went. I hope he didn't fall in.

-Goes to look over the side of the boat-

Hey, Anom! You down there?

-Underwater-

Tentacruel: <Arr... a fine catch... wait, this is a human! Arr...>

-I try to say something, and am reminded I'm both underwater and being strangleholded-

-I try to worm my way out of his grip-

-See me strollin' around port with Ichtacya happily following, and Dintel carrying a bow with some salad behind-

Ichtacya — <This place is so lovely! And there are many mons...>

Dintel — <Oh, well I don't like it...> — noms — <There's too much water! And I already took my weekly bath!>

— You are going to be OK, Dintel. We are just going for a stroll...

Dintel (growls) — <I'm only walking because there's this food.> — noms.

-shrugs-

— Have it your way. You could bask somewhere around here...

Dintel — <No, I'm going to the cinema later and then I'll spend the rest of the time in my Ball> — noms and kicks a random trashcan — <until we get somewhere sandy.>

— Not a bad idea if that ma- hey, wait what? — turns around and frowns — They have a cinema here?

-Dintel nods and keeps eating, snarling at pretty much every Pokémon that he meets on the way so they leave him alone-

- Manages to barely make out what Tulip is trying to say -

What!? You saw a wild Pokémon pull Anom into the water!?

Tulip: <Y-yes...>

- I run over to the rail, trying to see if I can see him, Tulip, Ribbons and Silvermist following me, although Tulip still hides behind my legs -

-I manage to slip out of his grasp-

-He simply grabs me with another one-

-I manage to break the surface however, taking a deep breath before being pulled under again-

-walks out onto the sunny section of the boat, tossing a Pokeball up and down for no discernable reason-

Ahhh....nice and warm.

...Huh. This is the first time since I left for Sinnoh that it's been both warm and not a hellhole. I should celebrate or something.

-wanders around, Breeze occasionally commenting on something or other from his perch on Every's head-

Ribbons: <Oh my...>

Oh, my... We're not even at the Orange Islands yet, and something bad has already happened to him!

Tulip: (tilts head) <"Already"? Do things like that happen to him a lot, yes?>

Silvermist: <I can save him! Just toss me into the water!>

- Ribbons throws Silvermist into the water -

-Is struggling with it again-

Tentacruel: <Arr, no idea what to do with ye. I guess I could let you go... hmmm... I need to think about this. Why're ye holding yer breath? The water here is clean.>

Silvermist: (swims towards the Tentacruel) <Umm... Excuse me?>

Stratus: -Has notice the commotion.- <Should we do something?>

Lake: <No reason why we shouldn't.> -Climbs onto the railing.- <Quick! Let's go!> -Jumps off into the water.-

Stratus: <Coming!> -Follows.-

Tentacruel: <Yarr! Who boards my... uh... section of the ocean!?>

Luna, go help!

Luna:<Okay!>

-Luna jumps off and swims toward Anom-

Silvermist: <Um... Hi, I'm Silvermist. Nice to meet you.>

Lake: -Can't speak underwater.-

Stratus: <Um...Ahoy, matey! Um...That's our landlubber ya' got there, so...give 'im back, or we'll make ya' swab da' poop-deck! Arr! Was that any good?>

Lake: -Shrugs.-

Tentacruel: <Oh... he's yer landlubber? Well, fine. But first he needs to stop insulting me water and take a nice breath of it! Is that so hard to do?>

Silvermist: <Erm... Humans do not have gills, sir. I know, silly isn't it? But I guess that is just how Arceus chose to design them.>

Kensei: <They are nice, I suppose. Would you like me to introduce you to them?>
