Nidorina — <She will check them carefully, but I think she's right... if they still have appetite and have been following you, it shouldn't be that terrible sickness Silent has taught us about...>

-Palliko imagines some pain and flattens ears, swallows-

Palliko — <That thing, ugh... I recall master Taisho describing it... how was it called?>

Nidorina — <The myko... mynco... myxo-whatever thing, I can't recall correctly...> — nods — <The "white blindness" yeah... We'll give them> — points to the "Nidos" — <some food and a bath, and take them to the support group at the railroad pillars.> — points paw to the south — <You and your group should be heading to Rt.34 already.>

Palliko — <Ah yes...> — shakes head — <Take good care of them please...>

Nidorina (chuckles) — <Sure we'll do!>

-Palliko goes to drink with his troop-

Felis: <So, you two have a lot of explaining to do.>

Shadow: <Yeah, and so do you.>

-Mezzo, Felis, Sunny, and Shadow explain their respective stories to each other-

Shadow: <And Sol is here as well. Except now she's a raving lunatic, and people are calling her Fool.>

Sunny: <Because it's her name. Or, well, it is in the original timeline.>

"Nidoran♂": <Yay! I love fruit...>

Unamused "Nidoran♂": <You know we're gonna be in big trouble once they figure out what's going on...>

-After the "Nidos" have finished eating, the Nidoran tries to make some tests, like checking for their breathing (weird, as if they lacked their front teeth), looking at their eyes, making them count past four, etc-

Nidorina — <Oh well... you look kinda sick somehow... that or I'm really lacking experience with Unovan colonists...> — motions to the kits — <Let's go... we'll get you to a burrow where you'll have a nice night of sleep...>

-The Nidorina guides the "Nidos" and other four kits that are wandering around to the forests to the east of the city, following the path of the Magnet Train-

"Nidoran♂": <Oooh, a soft bed for the night would be wonderful!>

Unamused "Nidoran♂": <OK. You are trying to get us killed now.>

"Nidoran♂": -already several meters ahead, with the group- <hurry up!>

Half an hour later, east of Goldenrod

-Under the pillars of the Magnet Train railroad, some burrows are strategiclly distributed to accommodate migrating Nidos and allies-

Nidorina — <Now, all of you> — addresses the five kits — <will go sleep in these two burrows right by the pillars.> — point to the three normal ones — <The three of you, here.>

-The Nidos say a good night and get into the burrow; meanwhile a Nidorino guard comes in-

Nidorina (to the "Nidos") — <And you two...> — sighs — <for tonight you can sleep in that burrow... it's small but has plenty of grass and should keep you warm. If you want water you have to ask to the guard there.> — points to the guard.

Nidorino — <Oh hai!> — waves paw.

Nidorina — <Now, you sleep well, don't walk into the other burrows> — stresses the comment — <and tomorrow we can go ask for your parents. Take care of yourselves...>

-Goes to make the guard some company-

-Meanwhile at Western Goldenrod-

Vinollo (examining some trails) — <Nothing about Mr. Luke yet?>

Guard — <No, sir...>

-The Nidorino paces around, uneasy-

Vinollo — <We abort for the night. Let's return to the tunnel... and resume tomorrow.>

-The Nidorinos gather and make a dash towards the northen entrance to the tunnels-

Woolly: <'Kay. We'll meet back here in ten minutes. And then...We'll go and save Unite.>

- Chase is talking to some of the other resistance members -

Whimsicott: <So... You think that prison one of those humans mentioned might be where Braviary is imprisoned?>

Chase: <It is quite possible. And appearently, a friend of the humans is in there as well.>

Emolga: <Ooh, are we going on a rescue mission?>

Chase: (nods) <Yes. We need to decide on who to send. I believe at least one of the humans plans on going there, and I believe those Pokémon Braviary befriended will want to assist us as well.>

Emolga: <Ooh, I want to come along!>

Whimsicott: <Yeah, you can count me in too!>

Sawk: <Hmm... Hey, Unfeazent? Didn't the surviving members of the team we sent to Pinwheel forest follow the other half of the refugees over to the area near that prison?>

Chase: <Hey, you're right... Perhaps we should try to contact them somehow?>

Whimsicott: <I would try, but I don't think any of them are asleep right now.>

-While everyone else is getting ready to go, Woolly goes to fetch Jello. The Ampharos finds the Reuniclus practicing using his Psychic power by crushing bits of metal with his mind.-

Woolly: <Eep! Um, hey there, Jel- I mean, Reuniclus.>

-Jello turns to look at Woolly.-

Jello: <Huh. It's you. Weren't you in Nimbasa the day it got attacked?>

Woolly: <Er, yeah! I was. I helped everymon try to fight off all the bad guys, but we had to make a run for it. I saw you there too, actually.>

Jello: <Well, it wasn't like I was easy to miss.>

Woolly: <That's true. Anyway, do you think you could help us with something?>

-Jello raises a hand, using his Psychic to morph it into various different kinds of shapes. Such as a hammer, a blade, a club, and so on. Woolly is silently impressed by this.-

Woolly: <Well, we're going to break Uni- er, Braviary out of prison, and I was wondering if->

Jello: <I could help?>

Woolly: <Yeah.>

-Jello pauses to think about this for a few seconds, then gives Woolly a nod.-

Jello: <Well we really do need our Hero of Truth back if we want to wake Reshiram and hopefully win this war, so sure. I'll lend you a hand.>

Jello: <Always happy to help.>
