Skirts aren't all that practical for cross-country travel, though. As for the existence of other Shadow Pokemon, I hope there aren't, but Cipher's like a cockroach and I wouldn't be surprised if they showed up again sometime in the future.

They won't be all that comfy if you get up to Snowpoint.

I agree that skirts and shorts are not very practical for adventuring, since it exposes the legs which can have terrible consequences when training pokemon and running through tall grass. I prefer to wear jackets and jeans when I'm travelling.

I'm wearing a long dress instead because there comfy.
