It's so slow now. But it's only 10:20- oh wait, timezone differences.

Maekrite walks across the facilities, sniffing door after door.

Maekrite — <Next... *sniff* Nah, female with male... next? ... *sniff* again, female with male... next... *sniff* Nah... Liepard with Kricketune... next!>

(Maekrite goes on in his search of a human to try Dintel's cuteness trick with...)

Meanwhile I look at two screens; one has an invoice for a new container shipping to [REDACTED] and the other has the Underground PEFE Bulletin.

— Hmmmm... GPS locators... I'm gonna pick one for Maekrite. Oh! *scrolls down* Tracer's daily report... Murkrow article, huh?

(scrolls down)

— Not bad, seems to be almost ready for release.... what is this?

— Hmm... — strokes chin — this sounds so much like what the guys say about Hatbox...

I close the laptop lid, leave Dintel sleeping in and go for a walk.

Now, see if I can find Maekrite before morning...

Anyone in for anything? Otherwise, I should go sleep...

Pretty sure. The memory she described seems to fit with the one you recalled.

- Crush and I are walking down a hallway -

-Is walking back to the Hotel, carrying a sleeping Tagg with her-

-Fool then walks up to Tagg's room and places him on his bed before heading over to her own room-

Hmm... Maybe I should stop to see DS along the way. She did want to show Quetzal something...

-Fool then turns and heads over to DS's room and knocks on her door, with Quetzal hiding behind her-

- After a while, Crush begins heading back towards my room -

Oh, come on, Crush...

Crush: <I'm sorry, DS. But I just can't do it.>

Crush, we... (sees Fool ahead of us) Oh, how convenient.

- I walk over to them, while Crush tries to hide behind me -

Hey there, Fool! We were just out looking for you.

-Turns head and sees DS-

What a coincidence, I was looking for you too!

-Quetzal runs around and plucks Crush's tail-

Crush: (looks over at Quetzal) <Oh... Uh... H-hi there.>

-Quetzal looks up at Crush-

Quetzal: Hello there!

-Quetzal runs around Crush sniffing him before staring him right in the eyes-

Quetzal: Do I... know you...?

Crush: (looking into Quetzal's eyes) <... Are you really...?>

-Quetzal stares deeply into Crush's eyes-

Quetzal: Friend?

Crush: <... It is you, isn't it?>

-Quetzal leaps up to hug Crush-

Quetzal: FRIEND!

-Quetzal starts licking Crush's face-

Aww... How sweet. They're both really happy right now.

Crush: (chuckles) <Yeah, I have changed quite a bit, haven't I?>

Yeah, they are.

-Quetzal scampers around Crush-

Quetzal: You're much bigger now! Bigger than I remember you!

-Yawns-

Well, I'm tired. I'm going to head off to bed...
