Isn't staying in the room all day kind of boring?

Latias: We keep ourselves occupied. We watch movies, and battles, we play card games (Susan taught me poker!) We do all kinds of stuff!

Susan: -Giggles a little at the mention of poker-

Me: ???

Susan: You probably wouldn't get it if I told you.

Still, I wish you would get out a little more.

Latias: Oh, we go out a lot. Two days ago, Susan took me out for a romantic candlelit dinner in the park.

What?

Latias: Best date I've ever been on.

What?

Latias: Of course, I've only ever dated Susan, so I guess I don't have a very big reference pool. -kisses Susan on the top of the head-

What?

Me: -Giggles a bit inside-

Susan: -Blushes-

Latias: Oh, Wolf, I'm sorry. I thought you knew. Susan and I have been seeing each other for... oh, how long would you say now, Susan?

Susan: About... 21 days?

Latias: What event do you count from?

Susan: The closest link in the recap. A little after Almia Castle.

Latias: Yeah, that makes sense.

So, you two are together.

Latias: Yes. We are.

-contemplates this revelation, then decides that I'm okay with it; smiles- Congratulations. Both of you.

Bed time. You can finish up if you want, Pentigan. Good night.

-Walks over to his room-

I wonder where Red is?

-Red comes in fresh from curb-stomping his latest opponent-

I see you've been busy.

Red: ...

I wouldn't expect anything less. Good night Red.

-Goes to sleep-

-Wolf heads off to his own room, I decide to leave the room as well-

<She's not "that fool" she's just Fool.>

<That makes very little sense.>

- Is asleep in my room, HotStuff is still out of her pokeball, having sent out Velvet as well -

Velvet: (looking over at me and Wolf) <... So... You've spoken to him?>

HotStuff: <Yes. He really does care about her a lot.>

Velvet: (sighs) <... I know.>

HotStuff: <So, you'll make a little more effort to get to know him better like I'm trying to do?>

Velvet: <...>

HotStuff: <Velvet, if you really care about DS, you want her to be happy, right?>

Velvet: <... Of course I do.>

HotStuff: <So, you'll try?>

Velvet: <... Fine.>

HotStuff: (pets Velvet on the head) <Good girl.>

-Finishes planning for the rematch and decides to get some sleep-

Night.

- HotStuff and Velvet are now trying to get some sleep, the former using the latter as a pillow -

Velvet: <... Hey, HotStuff?>

HotStuff: <What is it?>

Velvet: <... Is this how you felt back when we first met, and I... tried to steal DS' affection from you?>

HotStuff: <... A little, maybe.>

Velvet: (sighs) <... Well, I'm sorry.>

HotStuff: <It's all right. DS has enough love for all of us, as long as you don't try to take it all for yourself, I don't really mind sharing it.>

Velvet: <... Yeah, I guess I wasn't very good at that...>

-sleeping, one arm draped over DS-

HotStuff: (wakes up, noticing that Velvet has moved from her position) <... Hey, where did my pillow go?> (feeling around on the floor with her hand)

Velvet: (pokes HotStuff with her paw) <Wake up.>

HotStuff: (glances up at Velvet) <... Oh, there you are. I'm guessing the sun is up?>

Velvet: <Yes... Should we wake up DS as well?> (glances over at me and Wolf)

HotStuff: <... I don't know, they seem rather content over there, don't they?>

-I got up strangely early today-

Holy not waking up and getting here at my usual 9:45, Batman!

-Wakes up-

- Is starting to wake up -

-makes a noise not unlike purring-

- Opens my eyes slightly -

Velvet: <Looks like she's waking up.>

HotStuff: <Ssh... Let's not disturb them.>

So Lake? do you think it's a good idea for me to join this PEFE thing?

Lake: <Well, I think you have a lot to contribute. I'm sure that they can find out some useful things from all the stuff that we've done.>

Yeah, I do have a lot of cresting stuff they'd probably like to know about. Plus I think it would be cool to be part of the same orginisation that Tagg, Anom and Jane are a part of. As well as Tracer, Tangent, and Silent.

Lake: <So, you're gonna' do it, then?>

...Yes. I will.

Lake: <Awesome.>

Now I just have to hope that becoming an actual member isn't too hard. Seriously, what if they ask me to complete a bunch of tests or something?

Lake: <What kind of tests are you thinking off? The written kind?>

No, I'm thinking more along the lines of...Ooh, surviving in the Hoenn wilderness for a week without any Pokémon to help. Or having to live with a colony of dangerous wild Pokémon like...I dunno, Durant? I really don't like Durant.

Lake: <...I doubt they'll make you do anything like that.>

-Is now sitting in the lobby-

That's five down, two more to go before Round 8, and most likely Red.

-Still making the noise. Dream-me is beginning to wonder what it is.-
