ITT: We are all Pokémon Trainers

From behind a corner, a quite big bag of popcorn moves in towards the group. And from behind it, Dintel can be seen pushing it and growling as he also tries to keep the big bill in his mouth.

Dintel — <Hmphh.... almost... there... Ooops!>

Dintel stops to climb up to the popcorn bag and look around to see if he is still pushing in the right direction; there he sees Tangent and Tagg.

Dintel — <Great! Still in time...! *resumes pushing* Go... come... on...>

Oh right, Anom got hurt a lot from Mt. Layuda onwards. Anyway, Lugia was rather annoyed that we woke him up, but was still willing to help us.

-Looks over at the approaching popcorn bag-

Dintel?

A paw barely raises and swings from behind the bag...

Dintel "'shrew!" <Oh hai> (does you-know-what)

Then he resumes pushing.

Dintel — <Still in time for... *hmph* stories...?>

Keldeo I: <How awful. I'm feeling very sorry for all of you right now. I almost wished we could have come along to help.> -Sighs- <But that's just me trying to be the hero again. You know what I'm like.>

Keldeo: <Ooh...Cool! Maybe I'll get to meet him one day...Huh?>

-Keldeo curiously watches what appears to be a large bag of popcorn pushing itself along the floor.-

Basket: <...Dintel?>

-stoops down-

Basket: <Where's Silent, buddy?>

-helps drag the bag to the center of the group-

-curious about what the others are talking about and not finding anything particularly interesting on the message boards, I shut my laptop and put it away, then walk over to the others-

-Hears Dintel-

Yeah, we were just talking about Oblivia and-oh wait, I forgot to mention the armbands. So earlier on, we tried on this armband that could transform humans into Pokemon. There was also one that could do the reverse which some of our Pokemon tried.

Dintel looks up at Basket, then climbs to the bag as Basket carries it.

Dintel — <Basket! Thanks!> (scratches head) <Trainer's up taking a shower because we were... uhmmm looking for Maekrite all night and he ended up aaaaaall dirty and sad.>

(Suddenly notices something amiss in the group, points at Keldeo)

Dintel — <Oh... who's that?>

- Nods -

Yeah, that's right. I only tried the Pokémon-to-human armband on Mira and Ribbons.

- Continues

Well, at Mt. Layuda, Wolf did a really good job with treating my injury.

... He must've been really worried about me.

Anyways, it soon became apparent that Anom and Fool's injuries were too much for us to treat with what we had, so Jane and Wolf had them brought to a hospital on Aqua Resort, while Tagg and Luke stayed behind to look after me.

I soon regained my full strength, and we went to Aqua Resort to find the others. Since I had briefly seen the Pinchers Latias and I distracted fly towards the Sky Fortress, we figured that was where they were hiding out. And so, we began planning on how to get in there, so we could hopefully find Manaphy, or at least some information about where it was.

Pokémon-to-human armband? If it enables them to speak human language, that could be handy for research indeed...

Basket: <Wait, Maekrite did run off? I know he's a punk sometimes, but... is he okay?>

Keldeo: -To Dintel.- <Hello! I'm Keldeo, and I'm a legendary!>

Keldeo I: -Keeps an eye on Keldeo.- <Hmm. Now it's getting interesting. Plus I'm glad to hear that everyone was all right in the end.>

I've been taking a break, so I won't be posting much today, and we've resorted to boring narration for the most part.

So, after some planning, we headed over to the Sky Fortress. However, things didn't go so smoothly...

- Looks over at Tagg -

-Spots Basket while walking-

"Oh, well there's Tangent... Or at least Basket."

-Begins walking in Basket's direction-

Still a bit distracted by Keldeo's presence, Dintel notices Basket's question and lowers head.

Turns to Basket, then he stands up and leaves the Zillion-Dollar Bill to the side.

Dintel — <Uh, I don't know. I was in my Pokéball feeling a dirty fight and someone sending an SOS but I couldn't get it too well because I was sleeping.>

(Looks towards the exit)

Dintel — <When I tried to sense what was happening outside, I picked up Maekrite running away crying... a couple of minutes later Trainer sent me out to help look for him.>

Dintel sighs and feels let down, but then focuses again on Keldeo. He oh-hai's him and blinks a couple of times.

Dintel — <I'm Dintel. I'm not a Legendary. What are you doing here? *tilts head, then leans to the side getting a better look at Keldeo* I had never seen a Legendary in personmon.>

-Hears Tangent-

Unfortunately the amulet doesn't have that effect.

-Shares a look with DS-

Anyway, during our raid of the Sky Fortress my Hydreigon was still a Zweilous. She got separated and these Pinchers had their Pokemon beat her up. Then this one went and started beating her up more. It got her so enraged that she evolved. Then things turned sour.

Keldeo I: <Let me guess, she went on a rampage, didn't she?>

Keldeo: <Me and my Dad,> -Points at Keldeo I.- <Came here to watch everyone fight in the Conference! Oh, and I've never seen a Sandshrew before, either! We don't have you guys in Unova. Which is a bit funny, as there's a desert there...Sandshrew like deserts, right?>

Dintel — <Ooh! *looks at Keldeo I* A Cool Dad! Can I touch?> (hears Keldeo explaining) <Yeah, we live in deserts. In mountains too. It gets boring sometimes because it's pretty lonely and one has to walk too much to find a fellow shrew to talk with, but once in a while a nice Trainer comes by.>

(Dintel wildly points at Keldeo I)

Dintel — <Can I touch him? Pleaseeeeeeee?>

Keldeo: <Er, do you want to pet him or something? 'Cause I guess that would be okay...>

Yeah, she immediately starting mauling that Pincher in revenge. If Artemis and Mira hasn't intervened she would've most likely killed and eaten him. Of course, this made her turn on us for interfering.

Dintel — <No no... touch! Feel! *to Keldeo* Did I offend? I not like that *leans head down* Dintel is a good Sandshrew...> (faintly kicks a random popcorn)

Ugh... has she gotten any better since?

Keldeo I: <Well, I know just how dangerous a rampaging Hydregion can be. I assume she didn't manage to badly injure anyone else, yes?>

Keldeo: <Hey, you haven't done anything wrong! Don't feel bad...>

Yeah, she's better now. So anyway, Hydreigon gave us all a run for money. She shrugged off most of our attacks, even the super-effective ones, before she blasted her way through the ceiling and I chased after her on Helios.
