-Kai blinks at Brie as she's lifted-

-Song can't dodge the medallion and so engulfs it, then whips up a Sand Tomb inside a windowed cube in its midsection, chipping quickly away at the thing. Despite this, a white light begins to emanate from the medallion-

Ira: What? -starts to look a bit pale and puts a hand to his belt, moving away from the moat-

-the group may come across Athan, catching his breath outside a featureless door deep within the airship just as Deepest Self screams from inside-
