That trick is... well, it's a trick I picked up around my first year with the J-Team when I was first learning to avoid the fanbase, I used it to talk with Psyche without letting them know where I was. And then I just got really good at it.

Benefits include greater strength and no risks of the bends, also the suit would take a lot of punishment to puncture."
The next video showed a Astronaut preforming backflips with a full range of motion in their limbs, "The Mobility suit is a skintight outfit, benefits include free movement and the worst that you can get if the suit tears, a hickey at worst. Though due to the lower pressure needed so your helmet doesn't go flying off or you don't get rendered immobile, bends are a thing, so the pill is designed to lower your need for a fully pressurized environment, at least for awhile, by the time it wears off while wearing the suit your body will have already acclimated to it."
As for the others, Silas continued, "To answer the other questions. Colt had been able to overhear the entire conversation. When things started hitting the fan, he had started petting Sylveon more aggressively, even considering removing the scarf.
He presented his hand, palm-up, to get his phone back. “So... uh, that’s a little disconcerting,” he mused.

“We’re doing this, then,” Colt decided as his team approached the appropriate suits. The human amongst them eyed the Mobility suits.
In preparation, he removed his headphones and put them in his backpack, rubbing his neck in realization he felt slightly naked without them.
Amaterasu flitted her titular nine tails, thinking about the mention of how the suits adapted. She knew she wasn’t in any sort of danger, but was still worried.
She looked at everyone else, meeting the looks from Sunny, Helmsman, Julius and Sylveon. She nodded, finding her resolve.
Everyone was ready. Colt had some lemonade on standby to take the pill. They had no plans to do anything to their suits’ designs, and never wanted to do anything fancy to begin with.
Would have just been a bit of a headache.

Colt drew Pot Shot.
Kazuma drew Facepalm Over Two.
Lucario materialized, gestured to his ears to get Colt to Mega-Evolve him and primed a Flash Cannon after getting Worked Up.
