The Delphox promptly got behind closer cover and lifted her trainer to be closer to the pipes with her psychic abilities. She sent out Monoxide to follow him through the pipes, or pass through first.

And Kazuma made an attempt to snipe at a Rabbid with Cold Blood, hiding behind Sunny instead of any other cover.

Brie: It's alright, I don't want to keep you from anything.

-she manages an ^_^-

Dunsparce didn't stop being a thing or anything.

Vi is working on the finishing touches of a device. Numerous parts are strewn around a makeshift workbench, which is actually just a table covered in fire-retardant cloth.

Metagross: ~... Are you going to be done sometime this century?~

Vi: "Hush, these things take time."

Metagross: ~As I recall, time is something we exceedingly do not have.~

Vi: "... Shut up."

After a few minutes, she finishes, putting a protective case on the device. "Aaaand done."

Vi: "Now... we make sure everything works. Be right back." She grabs the device, and rushes off into another room.

Her Metagross would raise an eyebrow, if they could.

After a minute or so, Vi returns, wearing something very similar to this, Raijinto and Seigfried sheathed at her hip. The device she was working on earlier is mounted on her left forearm. She presses a button on the device, and a mask that is basically Lucina's mask, except white, covers her face.

Vi: "So... how do I look?"

Her Metagross looks her up and down. ~While I still think the entire affair is utterly ridiculous, that coat looks good on you. More pertinently, why are you wearing a mask?~

Vi: "Style, mostly. Also it's harder to break than my normal glasses and offers night vision and infrared, so."

Metagross: ~... That is... actually sensible. Regardless, where are we going next?~

Vi: "Almia."

Metagross: ~... Wonderful. Narrow it down?~

Vi: "Pueltown, but, we're walking."

Metagross: ~... Why?~

Vi: "Teleportation can be tracked."

Metagross: ~So can you through the snow.~

Vi: "Yes, but once we get out of the mountains we'll be harder to find. And plus the blizzard will wipe away our trail after not long."

There's a knock on the door.

Her Metagross turns towards the door. ~All of that, of course, assuming we can get out of Snowpoint.~

Vi: "... Right, wonderful. Hopefully it's not who we think it is."

Metagross: ~What are the odds of that.~

Vi: "Low."
