-Whiscash is hit by the beam, but shows little sign of being pushed back-

Bertha: Sandstorm!

-Whishcash slaps its tail on the ground, stirring up a storm of dust and grit-

I pass through some members of the audience while searching the stadium for that guy with the Latios.

— Wow... *taking a loot at the battlefield* those attacks have to hurt a lot. Eep—! *noticing the Sandstorm kicking in, moves up the benches* If I can find this guy fast maybe I'll have time to watch the next match! Ahem... *to a random person in the audience* Excuse me... have you seen this guy who is a douche and was battling with a Latios in yesterday's match?

At the other side of the stadium:

Dintel — <Oh, I'm from the lab, but left the place long ago when my Trainer went to live with a Nidoran colony. Nice to meet you.>

Shifts his eyes to the big Tropius standing by. That reminds him of the missing keys and he sits in the ground to sulk again.

-Hecate winces as she lands back on the ground-

You okay?

Hecate: <Yes, but if you're going to ask questions instead of help me, I'll battle on my own!>

Yeesh. I just asked if you were okay. Use Night Daze again.

-she nods and fires another beam at Whiscash, eyes narrowed against the sandstorm-

...She's using Hecate. I really don't know if I should be forgiving of Hecate or not...

Bertha: Earth Power!

-Whiscash sends out another shockwave before being hit by the Night Daze attack. This time, it staggers slightly, but seems still good to go-

I didn't even know—

Hecate: <Shut up and concentrate!>

-she leaps into the air and fires an Extrasensory at the Whiscash, but lands too early to avoid the Earth Power and is thrown back a little. Growling, she uses Nasty Plot-

... Are you going to listen to me at all?

Hecate: <Not if you don't focus!>

It was then when we first found out about this Pokemon-only universe offhandedly from Darkrai and Palkia. We summoned Palkia, and she told us all about it. It was then when we decided to send three Pokemon and a human there to explore it.

Bertha: Aqua Tail!

-Whiscash is finally beginning to show some marks, but it charges anyway, swinging a water-laced tail at Hecate-

A Pokémon only universe? I can see why that would be interesting... who got to go?

Basket: -to Dintel- You're looking down, fella. What's eatin' ya?

-Looks over at Tangent-

Bad things happened regarding that. Tagg, continue.

Dodge it and use Night Daze!

-she nods and slips to the side, avoiding Aqua Tail, and blasts Whiscash with another Night Daze, now powered up by Nasty Plot-

-Whiscash finally falls over-

Bertha: Hm... -recalls Whiscash- I believe that Golem is in order here.

Well done, Hecate.

-she nods once and prepares to face Golem-

You know what to do?

Hecate: <Of course.>

Bertha: Earthquake.

-Golem leaps up, then crash-lands in ball form, sending shockwaves at Hecate from inside the sandstorm-

Grass—

-Hecate isn't listening, all ready on her way to trip up Golem. When Earthquake hits, she leaps into the air to avoid the worst of it, though is pushed back by what does hit her. She summons more grass to snare Golem with-

Bertha: You think that will work? Fire Punch!

-Golem bursts into flames, incinerating the grass, and launches itself up towards Hecate in ball form-

It was during our preparations that DS joined us for the first time after Blacky the Zoroark nearly attacked her. We pranked the Super Contests, and I found the Adamant Orb inside my backpack, which was really strange. Then we came back to Fullmoon Island to summon Palkia again so that our volunteers would enter the Pokemon world.

-Gets a serious face-

That's when it all went wrong.

...Is it bad that I'm kinda hoping Hecate gets hit here? I mean, I want Crewe to win, but I don't want Hecate to be the Pokemon who wins it for her...

-Rufus's eyes grow wider-

No, that's normal Anom. I'm also hoping she gets a helping of Break the Haughty.

How would everyone feel if everyone who got to, say, round 5 got medals? That way, everyone would still get recongition as great Trainers, even if they didn't win the conference.

-Hecate snarls and rolls to the side, her hair getting singed as Golem rolls past. Annoyed, she launches a Night Daze at him-

... I really don't have much control here, do I?

Hecate: <Stop moping and figure out something that'll work!>

Fine. Use U-Turn.

-looking slightly confused, she rushes Golem and whacks him, then is recalled-

All right, go Masque!

-my Alakazam materializes-

Is it supposed to be a foregone conclusion that the P Cs will beat the NP Cs?

-Golem is barely scratched by U-Turn-

Bertha: Thunderpunch!

-Golem is surrounded by electricity, rockets at Alakazam from point-blank-

No. It's pretty much a Foregone Conclusion in the first round, but after that, players can lose.

I understand how you feel Anom. She was responsible for what happened to Yanmega after all.

Palkia, it turns out, was possessed by Missingno, and we all got sent to the Pokemon-only world, where we were transformed into Pokemon. I got turned into a Mudkip myself, and I temporarily lost my memory until Nudi and the iPhokex jogged it. Nudi and I then went to go find the others.
