Mordred: <Artoria, it was just a Kommo-o spouting prophetic nonsense. Leave it off.>

“Those blokes partake in truly ludicrous shenanigans,” he summarized in a hokey Kalos accent.

After making a quick visit to the Pokemon Center and picking up some needed supplies at the nearby Pokemart, Mark would depart from Aspertia City and begin the long walk toward Virbank. He still couldn't get over how he had already been there, and personally thought that it would have made more sense to have the first gym leader at the port city itself. Still, he would press on knowing that even with multiple paths he could take, all of them started there. He still wondered if he should have had at least one more pokemon in his Unova team, and also wondered if it he should consider training them, especially the Riolu whom still needed a nickname, figuring that the last thing he wanted to do was burst into a gym, only to get overconfident and fall flat on his face.
