The attacks did little to the Weapon, the eye looked about before firing a laser right at Silas, who thankfully dodged, but the heat singed his ship a little, "Crap crap crap... Did DeCross actually figure out how to improve his superweapons against us?"

Alexander appeared to everyone via another giant holographic head, "Yes. Yes I did. I feel quite proud about this, don't worry though, you've all been so much fun that I left in a weakness for you... have fun figuring it out!"

It vanished as quickly as it arrived. Silas blinked and sighed, "We're on the home stretch and he continues to mess with us..."

Lyra: "Why the fuck would you leave a weakness?"

-She sets about having her computer aim at the base of one of the tentacles.-

Fleet Theta

"I dunno, he's confident we won't be able to figure it out? I can't say, I don't know how to think like an asshole-" Star begins flying around, looking for a possible weakness.

.. It couldn't be the eye, right? No way they'd make it that obvious. Ah, well, maybe hitting it will mess with the laser- so Star proceeds to do so. (Or does whenever it next appears).

Fleet Theta

-Everyone aims at the eye-

 Route 17, past 

Sableye: -Gets confused and tries a Poison Jab, only to hit herself, bringing her down to the high yellow-

Becky: <Ehehe...>

-Becky tries Giga Draining the Sableye-

Alyesha: "I'll try to fly around, flanking always seems like a good start."

Alyesha indeed went on afterburners, trying to get around the weapon (which would take a while due to the distance from it), engaging every fighter trying to stop her with the blaster in her right wing and thanking the controls for automatically correcting her flightpattern eventhough the craft was very imbalanced.

 Route 17, past 

Sableye: -Faints-

Nanu: Okay, Krokorok.

Krokorok: -Appears- <I.... feel like this is a mismatch.>

Nanu: Use Torment!

Krokorok: -Pointing and laughing- <But not as much as that attack, don't you have any variety!>

-Becky gives a bit of a glare, but then grins-

Becky: <Oh, you want to see variety, huh? How about this?>

-Becky then does a similar dance to what she did before with the eerie light to try and confuse the Krokorok-

Pianis: So, uh, aren't we supposed to be looking for Celeste? Or more of those Eevee people you're looking for?

Forte: Yeah, yeah, I'll get on that. Gotta beat Dr. Exeggutor first, though.

-Forte is playing a particular new game on their laptop-

Forte: This is so cool.

Shadow: <When are you going to get off so I can go back to my game?>

Forte: When I'm done. Don't worry, I'm almost to Lava Reef and I just need 3 more Emeralds.

Shadow: <You've been hogging that all day.>

Forte: Hey, it's my computer, all right? Go play chess or something.

-Alex holds still-

'Phaz: "Noone likes Dross spaghettis. I think that's a farfalle weapon, but why can't they tagliatelle along with us, or maybe we could raviolish the plans."

He begins to look a bit around the Chef Boyardee's outer space plate for weaknesses.

Lyra: "I shouldn't have compared it to noodles..."

-Lyra fires her railgun at the Superweapon.-

Theta Fleet

Phaz: "Instant ramen, just add lasers, water and railguns!"

He chuckles more, then begins to aim at more of the flying spaghetti monster.

Alyesha did a jokingly desperate sigh

Alyesha: "Are you some form of Dross weapon for psychological warfare?" XD

She by now seemingly was behind the weapon, quickly trying to look for a weakspot there.

Fleet Theta

Unfortunately for Alyesha, there were no thrusters on the weapon, there didn't seem to be anything external.

Alexander appeared in her Comm, "I learned when you all shot the Heavy Slaking's boosters, for a space based weapon, gravity drives work wonders."

As for Star and everyone else who attacked the eye, it worked, the machine groaned in pain, if only briefly until the attack stopped.

Silas pondered, "That's odd... the eye has stopped... Wait... Guys we need to let it fire it's laser again!"

-Everyone veers away from the eye-

"Oh, so I thought correct!" Star backs off and flies around, waiting for the eye to come out and fire again.

Lyra: "Shame. I thought he would really make it less obvious.:

-She flies away and sets about her calculations again.-

Fleet Theta

Seeing that there was nothing and that it would take quite a while to get around into a good shooting position again Alyesha turned the fighter, instead picking off Dross fighters around her, her shots as accurate as could be.

Fleet Theta

"Yeah, having the weakness is really obvious? Unless this is all a decoy or something. Are they trying to play us like that, or are they really just stupid?"

Fleet Theta

The Machine fired its laser again, the shield around the eye dropping. Silas took the chance to fire a smart bomb right into it. It did some damage.

Alexander appeared in Star's comms, "It's because I find you fun and wanted to give you a chance."

Fleet Theta

Poochyena!Dave: Well if you're giving us a chance we'll more than take it!

-Everyone shoots missles at the eye-

Lyra: "That's stupid."

-She fires her railgun.-

-Kazuma works swiftly to repair and replace burnt out wires, fuses and other components in Alex's robotic body. Occasionally asking Maggie to hand him something or maybe hold a component still-

-It may be that all that's left is to buff out the exterior scorch marks-

Kazuma: "Wow... That Lex must be brilliant, even seeing inside of here I'm not sure how long it would have taken for me to attempt making something like this"

-He chuckles-

"Fortunately, all I had to do was copy his work. How's it feel? ...Or does piloting a robot feel like anything? I'm not sure how that works exactly"
